I'm not convinced they actually mail your letters! I sent a registered mail letter which didn't arrive. Then sent some regular first class mail which also didn't arrive!

Some items of mail do get lost in the post, I can't find a complaint under your name in our system but please feel free to contact us directly and we can provide you with proof your signed for item of mail was sent and look into the issues you are having with first class mail. We always look into concerns customers have about mail delivery.

Have they gone out of business?
Been using for years, spent a lot of money and has been great, yet this week I have several first class recorded letters with important legal notices just sitting there and haven't been sent.
Support ticket raised. Tweeted, no response.

A super handy service
If you find yourself having to send out mail sometimes to people whether it is general letters, or covering letters with a CV this site is really handy. Especially if you don't have any stamps or the correct size envelopes, all you need to do is upload money in your account write it online choose your postage options and paper etc click send and done.
Saved me a lot of hassle thank you.
