Works as advertised with most online retailers, had one hiccup with a merchant, can't say for sure if it was Moon's fault

loaded 50 dollars through BTC lighting network, can't pay anything, asked for a refund and waited for 3 months, nothing came back.
Their customer support scam me by saying they are working on it.
Now they even went offline. Get my money back you scammers!

Flawless platform in its category "getting secure virtual visa card for crypto" until they decided to stop the service. Eagerly waiting for the moment they back on-board!

Last supplier whom they uswed for visa cards just stopped coopertaion and all cards were delted. They promissed to return money back on the credit account but it did not happen. The investigation which they started has no result and they just keep silence. More than 1000 usd my personla loss and I know lots of my friends buyers who have up to 8 000 usd loss there!!! It is a huge scam machine!!!

update 18 Sept. They finally returned my money to me by their credit account. I take my words back about scam machine but still the ivestigation took about 2-3 months which is too much long

Paywithmoon literally scammed a lot of people.

Covered by their alleged "zero fraud policy", the service blocked my account, which had about 6000$.

The service has no right to act in such a way, namely to misappropriate someone else's funds.

On my attempts to contact support, I received only template messages time after time, thus I conclude that the service is a total scam.

Today I am finishing writing a complaint to ic3, let the feds deal with you.

In February, they blocked my account and I lost $ 1000. These are scammers who appropriated other peoples money for themselves

They don’t reply on email and I don’t receive my $.

They shut down my account with all my money in it because i received a legitimate refund from a store, i had over $500 usd on my account and they banned me on Jan 31st 2023! i contacted them regarding them returning my money back but its been over 2 months and nobody has said a word! stay away from this company & look out for my Lawsuit as im sick and tired of bs companies like these. i'll keep you guys updated here on my case.

They fixed the problem and I have received a refund. The refund experience was not pleasant, but they have provided good service for the past few months. Goodbye Pay with Moon.

Now I can confirm that this is a fraudulent company.

They used to not require a verification code to log in, but since they announced they stopped selling Moon Visa, they started requiring a verification code to log in, and I have not been able to receive the verification code in my outlook email, and I cannot log in to my account.

I tried to contact them, but several of their emails only auto-responded, and a month has passed without a real person contacting me.

I used this service for about a year. My total spent is ~2000 bucks via moon cards. Thanks, I hope you'll find a new solution to continue offering your service soon!

I like Paywithmoon. It was very useful and convenient service. I regularly paid with it small but necessary bills for domains and hosting in the US. Some domains/hosting providers accept cryptocurrencies directly, but most accept only Visa/MasterCard, which, unlike cryptocurrencies, are not worldwide available. More than half billion people around the world live in countries where Visa/MasterCard are not available at all. I enjoyed how it was easy to create card with Paywithmoon, top up it with bitcoin, wait just for three bitcoin confirmations and use card credentials for online payments. Really great service, there is no another one similar to Paywithmoon. Competitors are much more complicated to use, not private at all, force to share with them customers sensitive biometric data, which is opposed to the idea of cryptocurrencies as private and borderless payment system. I never had any problems with Paywithmoon. It was really cool. It is pity that they stopped issuing new cards because finishing contract with their bank. I hope they will find another bank. Thank you.

Hi, i have a pending Review transaction in My card, i want to know why

This site used to be great, but now every merchant in the US declines the cards, even new cards. Apple even billed it but then never sent me my items, so I refunded them but now my account is empty. 200$ down the hole. Wish I could get a refund but their policy is strict no-refund. If you are planning on using this site, be wary that you may very well be unable to use the card where you would like.

I was refunded, thank you. Card did not work anywhere though.

They look for any reason to suspend your account, then take your money.

Account blocked without explanation. My money was not returned. Support is not responding. It's SCAM
