Been waiting a long time for a response from support—still nothing. 75 euros transferred? What a shitty company. Your card is completely useless

I couldn't determine whether the negative reviews here are legitimate or just a defamation campaign.
To be fair, some of the reviews make sense as some merchandises block certain card providers and its cards from time to time.
It's nice to consider that point before trying this type of services.

Anyway, for me, I've used the card issued in three different services and it went through on every payment so far.
With that being said, let me complain that the transaction fee of reloadable cards being $1.00 at a minimum is too expensive especially when you pay small amount of dollars.
At this point, Unless you're in certain circumstances, I RECOMMEND using non-reloadable card as it has no fee, although it expires in two months.

While some people are leaving negative reviews, I think it's worth to try this service if you're looking for this type of services as the minimum deposit is only $5.

As a note, you should avoid using USDT over TRON as the network fee is just too expensive.

This is a scam platform. The cards cannot be used to purchase any products, and I received no response from customer support. I topped up over $100, but the cards cannot be used on any platform and there is no refund option available.

SCAMMERS

Do not do business with these shady scammers. They will randomly decide that you are not worthy of their service. Instead of refunding you, they will just keep the money you deposited and run off with it.

They did this the first time they went out of business, and they will do it again. AVOID at all costs

This service is very bad. They blocked my funds once and after a week they replied that they were sending me some kind of warning for an incomprehensible reason. You can't pay anywhere with their card. Every time they reject the card.

They have definitely created a scam site to rip you off.
I charged $18,700.00 to pay my Starlink bill but unfortunately they have not responded to the tickets.
Do not do business with this site under any circumstances.
They are criminals.

I've been using my Moon X card by Pay with Moon for small online purchases for 3 months and they've never let me down! I was able to pay on 3 out of 3 websites I've tried with this card

Absoloutly scam

I charged my account with USDT-TRC20, and the page didn't recognize the transaction, but it shows under my profile. I contacted Support to let them know I have funds in my account that I want to use, but I never got a response!
Others are experiencing similar problems, avoid this service at all costs.

They closed my account without warning and stole my money. I have contacted them countless times and they are just ignoring me.

It is scam. After withdrawing a minimum amount of bitcoin (about 200$) they blocked my account and suggest me as a potential fraud with only 2 transactions. Ther are SCAM

Stay away from this company. I was using my account without any problem and had more than $100 balance but they suddenly closed my account and didn't return my money.

I told them twice to gave my money back but they didn't do it.

They will steal your money too at some point.

scam! i have few accounts with 20-100$ in paywith moon and they never let me money out also now they reopened and still do not allow me in my accounts

I have used the virtual moon visa cards some years back already to charge my phone from crypto into dollars and purchase items on amazon. Worked great. They had some pause for re-negotiation with the card partners over a year now, but now they are back. So far the ONLY service that gives free cards when you look for lower budget. And since ethereum mining was killed, there is only pennies coming out of it now and the fees of other companies are too high to make it worth it.

Sadly I can't load the card into apple ID for the country location issue of USA vs world so easily.

I also love the expiry date of 2 months. Expired cards are great to limit subscription abuse, when certain companies try to pull money off later or with hidden fees. There is just enough on it for unlocking a membership or trial.
