Chanterelle was amazing! She helped me navigate my account and was kind and knowledgeable and patient. One super great thing is your company answers the phone and promptly! This is rare nowadays😊

I am so thankful for this card
I am so thankful for this card. I was on Vacation with a toothache, then the tooth broke. No one took my insurance. Had to have oral surgery. Without this help I don't know what I would have done. However I didn't get a chance to really even look at payment options because I was in so much pain and asleep and when I went to set it up it had already been done.

Payment scheduling
It can be very confusing as to when the repayment plan occurs, and when my prescription is renewed. I ended up paying for the new refill before the auto payment was finalized for my earlier refill. I’m really hoping that this doesn’t cause an issue.
