It's a blessing for medical bills

So glad this service exists
So glad this service exists! Despite legislative efforts to avoid surprise medical bills, it feels like the anesthesia community just did not get the memo. If your surgeon and the hospital give you reasonable estimates, but no one mentions the anesthesiologist is out of network until two weeks after the procedure, Paytient is your solution! No hit to your credit line, ability to spread payments over time. Thanks to Anthem for providing this benefit.

Great customer service!
Once I understood how this all worked, it was flawless. When I called, everyone was very professional and helpful. I had been very confused, but your customer service agents were great. For that I am grateful. My employer changed our pharmacy benefit without any information as to how this was all going to work. So I was pleased that Paytient was able to make this program understandable. Thank you!

I signed in end of July
I signed in end of July. Promised delivery August 4th. Well I even received emails saying order shipped. When I tried to check shipping to get tracking number in beginning of August I Couldn't sign in or change password. After about 25 days on the phone trying to fix things, working on all of your computer problems I finally received Meds today AUGUST 26, 1926. Yes very angry. Not looking forward to this at all!
