I’m using paymiq every day and it works fine. I would recommend it for my clients as they an keep money tax free and don’t worry about anything. Strongly recommend this bank since they don’t exchange tax information and protect your money from debt collectors as well.

friday 03.05.2024 i received 850€ to.my paymiq account. than i tried to send it to other bank account and it's still pending on Tuesday. Support didn't answer any ticket/email since Friday. Live chat in app shows an error. is it legit bank? does it have any numbers to call?

1. Account itself is very inconvenient:
- all transfers take too long
- you even should wait about 1 day to top up your card from your balance
- fees are not reasonable
- issues with the sms
2. After 2 transfers about 100 and 200 euro they closed my balance with no reason.
And they have such rules: on any acc closure they take a really big fees almost for nothing.

I've lost about 250 Euro there and a lot of time with almost zero benefit

Very frustrating avoid this Paymiq they are suspicious, after submitting my documents for verification they just blocked my account without any valid reason.

It is a very frustrating bank. I deposited money precisely 64GBP into the account . fully verified ID and Address. It took almost 24hrs for the money to reflect.After that, I went just trying to withdraw the money, went pending for over 10hrs then I got an email saying that I verify my ID again. what is wrong now?I tried login in to submit documents and it insisted that my details were invalid of which later on I went to support who later said that my account was closed and didn't give me any further instructions on how I would receive my money back,mark that this is end of the month and I got to pay the bills. Now when I message them they just read and ignore.please avoid this bank

Good service, especially here in Canada we are migrants from Europe and we need Euro and British Pounds as much as Canadian Dollars. Happy to have it and greatly appreciate.

Very effective payment solution for GBP and EUR, no limits on payments and extremely fast what I like. The onboarding process was 5 minutes and I also onboarded two of my offshore companies. They are implementing payment cards this month and swift payments in several currencies soon. Let’s test them by now I am very satisfied.

Convenient and secure banking for SEPA and UK payments. Sometimes it takes a while for the transaction to be delivered, but nothing critical

I did not find it very reliable. I can't take my money and stop by.
