Terrible company. They constantly send me text messages, and I haven't lived in the UK for several years. I don't even know where they got my number. I have a prepaid card with the number, no subscription, and I have no idea how to reply.

The person I spoke to was incredibly helpful, polite and understanding. If you're worried or anxious about being in debt, it really does make you feel better if you get the courage up and take the plunge and just call them as it's not as bad as you think.

Considers themselves servants of the people...
Anything but, trying to hassle those in question into paying a parking fine that has clearly and obviously successfully challenged by POPLA - it is effectively bullying and manipulation.
They bury their heads in the sand claiming they can't locate the person in question despite having access to all the information.
I have passed on this companies behaviour and harassment to the Financial Conduct Authority, the British Parking Association, and Citizens Advice Scotland.

Thames water chase you a couple of weeks after sending the bill
They mis manage our supplies and pipes
And rake in billions to give to their shareholders their management has almost bankrupted the company
But still they give themselves massive bonuses
The person on the phone ( a Scot) was helpful and very courteous. Sad to end the call....

Received a text message to arrange a payment arrangement. Did the online form and then set up with the bank to pay the arrange payment that EPS online system agreed to .
Following doing the first payment I then received several phone calls which luckily my phone it came up as a spam call.
These calls are persistent and regular every day and at different times having anxiety and depression these calls are affecting my mental health wellbeing.
Also several text messages asking for more money than the arranged online payment !
Done 2 payments now and still receiving calls and text messages
