We recently ordered custom beanies for an upcoming Lifeline Central West event and couldn't be happier with the experience.
Jazz was outstanding throughout the entire process. Her communication was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way and responding promptly to any questions we had. Most importantly, she understood our tight timeframe and worked with her team to ensure the beanies were produced and delivered in time for our event.
What made the experience great was knowing exactly where things were up to at all times. There were no surprises, no chasing for updates, and no stress. Jazz and the team simply got the job done.
The beanies themselves are fantastic quality. They look great, feel comfortable, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. We are proud to have our Lifeline Central West branding on them and know they will be worn well beyond our event.
Payless Promotions is doing an excellent job when it comes to communication, customer service, product quality and value for money. Their reliability, responsiveness and commitment to delivering on their promises really set them apart.
I will definitely be using Payless Promotions again and would happily recommend Jazz and her team to any organisation looking for quality promotional products backed by outstanding service.

I cannot fault the team at Payless Promotions, Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful and professional and I am so very happy with our finished product. We got small note pads and pens.
