This is a b*llsh*t app

This is a b*llsh*t app. Each time I have to pay someone that is not in my contact list, it refused me to pay. The app asks me to update my identity but it crashed and has error on the first step of choosing document types.

Professional contract got ended by mistake

Our professional contract got ended by mistake with no way to recover it.

We received an e-mail that our account would be ended within two weeks. We immediately called support and they ensured us the request to end our contract was cancelled. However, few days later, we could no longer login. A second call to support learned us the contract was terminated without a way to reactivate it. The proposed solution is to create a new contract and deal with: gathering identity cards of other board members, reprint all QR-code cards, loosing our transaction history of the last few days, temporarily remove Payconiq from our online store and probably pay the yearly fee again (which we just paid 1 month ago).

What a joke

What a joke. I do not receive an email code (it worked before on another phone). It says...allow cookies on your browser. Which i did offcourse. Tried everything. The helpdesk is a joke. After 2 weeks i get a response. You have to be patient...skynet emailadresses take a longer time...2.weeks hahaha.

Banque d’arnaquer, méfiez-vous. Bank to scam, beware.

Hello beware of this bank account because it is a scam there are scammers behind their server once you create the account and add your funds there is no way to have a credit card and your money is automatically blocked by their system and retransfer to them. Beware. Never send your money to this account otherwise it will block it and start the closing procedure. I even received an email from their moderator saying that my balance was withdrawn for account closure when I never asked for any account closure. They trapped me and it's a shame. I'm waiting for you to help me quickly.

Bonjour méfiez vous de ce compte bancaire car c’est une arnaque il y a des arnaqueur derrière leur serveur une fois que vous créez le compte et que vous y ajouter vos fonds il y a aucun moyens d’avoir une carte de crédits et votre argent est automatiquement bloqué par leur système et retransferer vers eux. Méfiez vous. N envoyer jamais votre argent sur ce compte sinon il le bloque et vous lance la procédure de clôture. J’ai même reçu un mail de leur modérateur disant que mon solde a été retirer pour motif de clôture de compte alors que je n’ai jamais demandé une quelconque fermeture de compte. Ils m’ont piégé et c’est bien dommage. J’attends que vous m’aidiez rapidement.

Procedure for updating the App sucks

The procedure for updating the App from my cellphone is hypersecure but not logical. After the update I was obliged to reset my account (with the same data as before!) and during this process I was asked to enter a code I received via SMS and another code I received via E-Mail but the App blocks access to all other applications on my GSM (no pause and come back where you left buttons). You need a laptop to read-out the mail while you are installing an account on your cellphone! Furthermore their complaint service (web form) is not working either.

If I could give zero stars I would…

If I could give zero stars I would have. For months I repeatedly try to have my account reset because I changed bank.and the old one was canceled. However, that is not possible with Payconiq as I always end up with the same stupid request that my phone number is linked to an account which doesn't exist anymore. This really is the most incompetent and stupid service provider I have ever come across.

More than 3 months locked out of Payconiq

More than three months ago I received the notification that I needed to verify my identity. Since then, I have completed the identification process twice, sent my identity card, sent additional photos, a lot of emails to support (never received a reply), called their helpdesk numerous times, and was told each time that it would be solved soon, and yet here I am, with still no possibility to pay in stores. Support is always helpful but there is something fundamentally wrong in the whole identification process, there appears to be lack of communication between the different customer departments and no one has a clue. For example, the call center employee could not retrieve my support ID from my previous emails and so on. They don't receive more information from the other department. From what I understand, apparently, my identification process has been closed twice and is now in review for the third time. Incredibly bad customer experience.
