They say they are noise cancelling but they are not at all…false advertising

They hit the nail on the head with this creation for dogs! It truly does wonders, getting our dog used to wearing for longer periods of time has been the only 'difficulty' if that's even considered one. They are truly amazing, great customer service and most of all they HELPED MY DOG!! He was able to SLEEP on fourth of July which has never happened before. He has severe epilepsy and the fireworks normally scare him straight into a seizure repeatedly during those evenings...he slept peacefully. I cannot recommend enough that you get these for your baby! Changed the game. Thank you Pawnix!!!

The head phones did help some what he could still hear then but didn’t panic as much. He doesn’t mind them in his head. But he didn’t like music on. I can Hardly heard the white sound that is in there but he can and that’s all that matter’s

Used your measurement guide but it was big for her. It kept slipping down over her eyes. I tightened as much as I could without chocking her. It is uncomfortable for her to lay on her side. It seemed to help quite a bit with the noise but I think she could still hear the fireworks. Bottom line is that it was very helpful to her to get her through the 3 horrible nights of July 4th weekend. It was like a war zone.

I can't thank Pawnix enough for going above and beyond. My Pomchiweenie is an in between size. They were able to customize a hood for her. Made getting thru the 4th of July much less stressful

It seemed to help a little. We still needed medication. I expected a lot more from this product.
If I have to knock my dog out with meds. Then it wasn't worth it.

We ordered two headsets for our Vizslas. Unfortunately, medium was too small and large was too big. No worries….we returned our originals, and they made two custom sized for my dogs! Now that’s customer service!
With the July 4th holiday one week away, and all the “practice “ they have had wearing them, I know they will both be sooo much more comfortable with all the loud booms!

Pawnix had a product that my dog did not mind wearing to eliminate turnpike traffic outside. The sizing was an issue and they sent me two different sizes to determine which one fit best. Sadly, my dog's head is an odd shape, and neither fit completely correctly. My dog raced for her ball, and it continually fell over her eyes. I did send them both back, and as their ad stated, I had my card credited for the full amount. They do honor their 60 day money back guarantee, and have a good product. It just didn't fit with her activity level.

I initially thought my dog would dislike wearing them, but was surprised, he seems to enjoy it. He's not the type of dog that usually likes wearing clothes. We’ve had a few fireworks lately, and the they have worked well in calming him down. I'm crossing my fingers that it will also help during the 4th of July.

We had an issue with the headset not staying on, so we are being sent a new one with a slightly different design. The training information was very helpful, the customer service has been excellent. Fingers crossed the new headset will stay put on my boy's obviously unique shaped head! We are hopeful it will be calming for him in many stressful situations as he's a ball of anxiety.

This is a well made product; Kirsten and Emma are great! I sent my Pawnix back for custom sizing, which I appreciated. The under chin part of the headset seems too tight for my girl now (even with toggles loosened completely) so maybe I gave incorrect measurements. I wonder if velcro under the head might work better than fabric with toggles to tighten? I'm sure Kirsten has tried it all but my girl looked distressed with the part under her chin and I couldn't train her into it. I gave it to a friend in the hopes she can use it with her small Corgi. But for those who have dogs that are more "pliable" and/or if you're better at training your dog with new things it will probably work well for you. It's a well made product (and I great idea!!). I still feel good about supporting Pawnix (and a fellow female entrepreneur) even if I couldn't use the headset myself for Sadie on an upcoming flight.

Headphones are very soft, fit very good on my dog’s head, and he seems pretty comfortbale with them.
He likes listening to calming dog music on the headphones.
Haven’t had the chance to use them during thuderstorms or fireworks yet, but we have getting our dog used to wearing them and he seems to like them.

I have emailed and called 3 times and left 2 voicemails. The phone goes directly to voicemail. I need someone to call me back. I think I need a customized size and no one is willing to call and help me. I am beginning to think this was not a good purchase and the customer service at this point is terrible. I have tried so many different headsets for my standard poodle, and he got all of them off. I will admit to using a little Velcro to his regular collar, and now he’s good with them. So good to protect his hearing—and he looks like Batdog!

Great customer experience. I really like the product. It looks even better then on the pictures and the general concept seems really smart. I am sure, my Shiba will like it.

The first headphones I received were a little big for my Dash, so the company very helpfully sent a new cover for them tailored to my dog's measurements. It fits much better--great customer service! I'm still working on training Dash to wear them when he's up and about, but I did practice putting them on him at bedtime during the winter. Yesterday, we had the first thunderstorm of the season. Luckily, it was in the evening, when he tends to fall asleep on the couch. I put the headphones on him when I saw the weather was coming in. The thunder never got very loud, but if he hadn't had the headphones on, he definitely would have been in full panic mode for the whole evening. His phobia is quite bad, with lots of shaking and panting and whining and no ability to hold still. He actually slept through the whole storm. I don't know yet if it will work with louder storms, or how well I'll be able to train him to wear them when he's awake and wants to shake them off, but they are so worth it for situations like last night. Love them!
