Avoid at all costs 🚩🚩🚩🚩

🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 avoid at all costs, if you are a lone female car shopping run faster than your legs can carry you 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 my partner gave these cowboys best part of 3k for a 2012 golf which she has had for 3 and a half weeks. The car lost all its power on a busy duel carriage way with 2 autistic 5 year old children in the back at rush hour. The garage was contacted as soon as it was safe to do so, they then claimed know knowledge of the car until informed we had invoices and proof of bank transfer we then limped the car back to there ‘ show room ‘ and were told there was nothing they would be able to do, customer service absolutely disgusting and pretty much said the car was our problem now they also insisted my partner drew the admin fee out in cash and pressured her to let them drive her to the cash machine after she’d asked for a bank transfer as with the car sale biggest set of con artists about if you want a shed on wheels feel free to use them if you know a good scrap yard to take your car on it’s journey 😂 never again

Do Not Buy The Grand Jeep Cherokee SN63…

Do Not Buy The Grand Jeep Cherokee SN63 FMO.
Delivered this vehicle to us on a Sunday afternoon. Costing £500 delivery that had to be paid in cash.

When it arrived there were signs of rust on the bonnet, masking tape on the alloys that had been rattle canned in black over the rust, rear fog light was hanging out, reversing camera wasn't working, radar system not working and broken trims in on the doors.

We agreed that a local company could look into these items at their expense. What we didnt realise is that we had just purchased a death trap.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT COMPLETE ANY PDIs
PROVIDES FAULSE MOTs

The Jeep wen into the garage near us that we have used for years. We had to leave the vehicle with them as it required the following items (Not picked up on the MOT)
* Both Rear Subframe bushes need replacing
* NSR & OSR Tyres have perished
* Both Front Tyres have worn low on the edges
* Underside corroded BADLY !!
* OSF Drop Link needs replacing
* NSF CV boot leaking
* Both Lower Arm need replacing plus Bushes Perished
* NSF Drive Shaft

Oh and if you add the radar, rear camera and the calibration the quote came in a a Whopping £7888.29

They wanted the vehicle straight back obviously. Not to fix but to resell!! just not to me.

When questioned the blame was pushed over to the MOT centre. They admitted that they do not have the vehicles checked prior to your testdrive. Most vehicles are purchased at auction.

No compensation for the inconvenience. No other option to send it back.

WORST DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DEALT WITH !!

Difficult premise to locate

Difficult premise to locate. Poor signage. Lot of waiting about, sales person flitting from one customer to another. Badgered by other people for warranties and inappropriate chat.
Car OK, it does what it says on the tin.
Just customer service not very good.

Well kept family car

Was searching for a reliable, reasonable car for weeks when i came across Pavilion Motor Cars. Highly professional team of people that know their cars well, and handle their customers with care and courtesy. Wide selection of cars, with an inhouse detail shop. The best place to buy a car without a doubt.

Fraudy

Their FRESH MOT is a scam. I took my car straight to Halfords after buying it. They were even shocked to see how this car passed MOT. Brakes were worn and tyres too. They even put wrong parts to fix the cars temporary. Spent nearly a grand in first week.
Avoid at all costs.
They are doing MOTs and repairs in house or their partnered garage next to them.
Full of lies

Wouldn’t recommend these to anybody.

Wouldn’t recommend these to anybody.

Paid a deposit for a car earlier this week, paid extra for it to have a fresh MOT. Got there today to be told it had failed. Test drove it anyway as was supposedly just a tyre, car was absolutely shot and the rear doors wouldn’t open. They couldn’t care a jot!

Was there 2 hours cause they couldn’t find the keys. Then had to wait for a refund of deposit.

All could have been avoided if they either phoned yesterday to inform me of the failure or were truthful when I arrived. They were actually just trying to hide the car cause they knew how ruined it was!

I was not going to write a review until…

I was not going to write a review until they started to mess me around and cheat me out of my money.
Let me start by saying the buying experience was ok. But I believe they sold me a car that shouldn't have been given a MOT. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the car within the 30 day warranty so they could fix the problems
They say they've fixed the automatic gearbox and the power steering brushed aside the holes underneath the car and is ready for me to pick up. All fixed within 48 hours. Which is hard for me to believe when my local garage says " the car is not worth repairing and dangerous. We had a verbal agreement that they would buy back the car at a reduced price. £650 reduced price through no fault of my own I am taking the hit.
I had to wait over a week to get some of my money back. They have the car back on the website for sale a Peugeot
