Unhappy

I visited the st Enoch centre store on Tuesday the 2nd of December I was approached by a dark haired lady her name was Jane and asked for help I explained what I wanted and she didn’t seem at all interested and spent time looking around her. Once she had given me the shoes and I tried them on she was trying to sell me shoe care and told me what good it would do and did I need a hand bag I felt as though I was being pressured into buying these items so I bought the shoes and left the store. I would not visit the store again as she made me feel very uncomfortable

Mary at High Legh Garden Centre was so…

Mary at High Legh Garden Centre was so helpful and kind dealing with my 93 year old mother. She successfully located the shoes mum wanted in the right size, despite the system saying none were available, and helped her get them on and off. Brilliant service, thank you so much.
And the shoes are good too.....

Pavers outreach to worthy cause

I have been a customer in Pavers Blancharstown for many years and in all that time I have got great value and wonderful service.I work in a school which participates in Team Hope Christmas Shoebox. Every year the Blancharstown staff keep the empty boxes for me -and in a very busy store they are exceptionally helpful - courteous and supportive of this project. This year our school has sent 307 boxes to children in eastern Europe and Africa - all the empty boxes from Pavers Blanchardstown- thanks to all staff.

Walsall Pavers

A lady called Gurmit in the Walsall Pavers located in Boundary Mills was very helpful and friendly. She came up to me to see if I needed help. I wanted a boot in a different size to the one on the shop floor so she checked on her tablet and found a pair in West Bromwich, and offered to give me the phone number if I wanted to give them a call. She directed me to the website as well in case I wanted to order online.

Great service

Great service, as always from Pavers. Great that those who have difficulties getting shoes to fit, for various reasons, have somewhere to shop in comfort.

I must give Andrea a shout out 100%…

I must give Andrea in Pavers Killarney a shout out 100% customer service at 5 /50 this evening in Pavers Killarney. It was 5/50 when I entered store, was having a quick look for red boots. Andrea came and asked if I needed help, felt really bad as I knew it was almost closing time. Saying that to Andrea (asking her name ) she said no trouble and went on to show me few pairs. Didn't have my size, she said look take a photo showing me no on tag etc. On the bus back I went online and ordered my red boots. Thanks a million. Couldn't believe when Andrea told me she was training . After spending years in retail I know excellent customer service when I receive it. Wish we had an Andrea in every retail outlet. Happy customer

The worst after sales service ever!!!

Please do not review any Pavers product until you have had them for a reasonable time or unless their is an immediate fault. Initially they might be soft and comfy but how long before they wear and let in water? Their customer services constantly waffle on and on. They are happy to take money off you and then hide away. Cowardly people. My complaint has been going on for many months.

I ordered a pair of boots from Pavers…

I ordered a pair of boots from Pavers the total cost 63.49 euros in earlySept and received an e mail to say they were dispatched on Sept 12th and nothing since. When I called them they said lost in transit and would send another pair I think it must have been a cloned site and phone number as I have heard nothing since very dissapointed

Not package well

Not package well. Boxes not sealed so shoes fell out potentially damaging them in transit. Also did not meet expected delivery dates so package abandoned by evri (rubbish company) on driveway in plain sight.

I visited the York store today to…

I visited the York store today to enquire about some shoes for my mother in law, who is 91 years old. We are actually from Liverpool. Bev was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the benefits of a more stable shoe for the elderly. She did not rush us at all even though we didn't purchase anything. We will definitely visit the Liverpool store on our return with my mother in law. Bev is an asset to your company and her customer service skills were excellent........a rare thing these days. Thank you Bev.
