It’s always a pleasure to shop at this pavers stores inside Debbie’s. There are lots of choices. The staff are amazing. Real “old school” service. I love going here and lots of my friends do too. We don’t have a proper shoe shop where I live I’m so greatful I found Pavers.

Collection lady was not very cheerful, after collection made another purchase and tried to make conversation, I work in retail so know customer relationship is so important especially with online competition,I felt like I was an inconvenience to her tidying store. Not brilliant service

I had already visited Pavers within…
I had already visited Pavers within Leeks of Llantrisant who even though they did not have item ; phoned Sarn who offered to hold the item for me. Everything was hassle free and staff very accommodating. My matching shoes came thro within the week.

Great company
I ordered some sandals on line and they didn't have what i ordered in stock, so they got them sent to me from one of their shops. When they arrived they didn't fit properly, so i took them back to Pavers shop at Towcester, got a full refund. The ladies there were very nice and helpful, the service was very good. The store had a great selection of footwear. I bought a different pair of sandals.
