Meeting Kelly Cook and Kristen Tucker made me feel very comfortable in making my purchase, I have already made up my mind to buy precious metals but didn’t know what to do. They educated me and helped me do the things that I needed to do on my end, after completing the items that I needed with my retirement institution I called them back, they verified the information needed to continue. When that was completed and some Docusign had been signed, Kristen Tucker called me to tell me everything was cleared and that I was ready to move forward.
