With what has been happening in the stock market recently, I decided that precious metals was the best way to go. Also, with research, I found that Patriot Gold suited my need perfectly. And I was so fortunate to have Kristen as my customer service rep. Any uncertainty I was confronted with quickly disappeared with her extensive knowledge of precious metal investment. Kristen is a gem!

Jimmy was courteous and punctual. We had time difference, East Coast vs West Coast. He worked to accommodate my needs and explained the process in detail. He sent over the appropriate paperwork and explained the process thoroughly. I received the product I ordered in 3 days, about two weeks earlier than expected. Jimmy followed up on the transaction a few days later and my wife and I were pleased with the product we received. The product was extremely carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape.
