We have already reported his harassment and abuse of our organisation to the Metropolitan Police of London, and they have already given us a Crime Reference Number for his case. We will be reporting to other authorities as well.
Patrick Egwu Transportation will never succumb to the ruthless and morally bankrupt tactics of such people. We remain forever resolute!!!

This man is a scammer ..and his business is trash. Don’t book with him, He doesn’t respect his cab drivers and owes a bunch of employees money look at the reviews below and read the type of messages he says back to the reviewers he’s crazy.

I got a discount code for 30 percent…
I got a discount code for 30 percent off. I have 3 cars booked including two transfers that are quite expensive to and from Southampton in a few weeks.
I got run around. Can’t use discount code on my future bookings.
Not cool. Tempted to cancel all three of my future bookings and find another car service.

We are surprised about this review, because this customer is actually not entitled to the discount in question as the discount code is only for future bookings. Discount code was released today. She made her bookings a while back. Despite these facts, we offered her 30% credit against future bookings, which she refused. The discount code clearly says “off future bookings”, therefore we cannot understand why she feels automatically entitled.
In response, she gave us a 1 star rating on Trustpilot, and we consider it quite unfortunate.

The driver was patient,willing, calm and eager to assist me and to made sure I got to my destination safely.
On getting to my destination he came out of the car to help me with my luggage and was cheerful all thru .
