Fast, discrete, and easy.

Horrible, rude billing staff. They incorrectly submitted the test to my provider's old office and then billed me out of pocket for it. When I called to get them to fix it, they told me that the clinic, not the physician, is the provider, and that I was on my own. This is incorrect, but they refuse to correct their billing, even though this provider is still currently in practice elsewhere and her name and ordering information appeared on the order and the bill for the test. I've called three times now to try to clarify the issue. Overall, they are hostile over the phone, and you can't talk to a supervisor. Feels very sketchy, like they are running a scam. I would never use them again, as my feeling is that if you can't get clarification on billing, how can you trust their results? I know the lab and the billing people are not the same, but the overall lack of care and poor attention to detail are red flags for me. This is a newer business and seems destined to fail. There are competitor PCR tests out there, and I'm hoping for a more professional and detail-oriented service experience with one of those. Definitely don't use these guys unless you wish to be sorely disappointed.

Having a real analysis was good info but could be better if a Laymans translation was included as not educated to understand the results in doctor language. Hard to confer with current doctor on the findings. High bacteria? where? What? Treatment options in English? Current erologist just blew it off and I have no recourse as no way to actually understand it all.

I scheduled an peer meeting concerning my results and no one called me. I scheduled another call hopefully someone will call this time. I love the fact that the results came back fast. I would love to update my review to 5 stars.

It’s approaching 72 hours and I still don’t have results when they were promised in 24 hours. At first my portal said they were in progress and now that disappeared and I can’t download anything and I have no idea where my results are and I emailed the company and no response.

It was easy to order and the results were fast!

I took the Sinus Key test to try to figure out why I am getting recurrent sinusitis. The test results came back quickly. The report was easy to read. I would have been happier if it was easy for me as a patient to figure out how to set up a consultation with a physician to interpret the results.

I cannot recommend MicroGenDX enough. The kit came guickly, instruction were easy. The results were received quickly.

My test kit arrived a day later than it should have, but I doubt that was Microgen's fault. Other than that, everything was smooth sailing. I was surprised to see that the level 2 testing turnaround is now only 24 hours as opposed to the 5 days I had been anticipating. Phenomenal company, great lab and great scientists. They found a latent infection that doctors have not been able to uncover in the last 4 months. I knew I had the symptoms, and Microgen confirmed my intuition was correct. Now I know who the enemy is and can finally work with my integrative doctor to eradicate it.

Oh, and I interacted with Marlon in customer service two or three times via email with questions. He was very helpful and always got back to me in just a few hours.

I've got nothing but good things to say about this company. Thank god they exist for all of us who have been suffering with no answers. Thank you all so much!!
