This is a totally unnecessary service. I was directed to this site by Rod Scholar which was inappropriate. I should have been given clearer directions to apply directly to the UK site for only the $20 fee. In addition I had to call for assistance in how to upload my passport because the instructions weren’t clear. People should avoid this site.

i’ve used PassportVisasExpress many times. I’ve never been disappointed with their efficiency and terrific customer service. They actually answer the phone to help with any customer concerns and questions and are always kind and patient. They also very promptly respond to email inquiries. Excellent quick communication and assistance with scanned pics.

I was able to get the ETA Visa within a day of submitting, but since I am old and not good with technology, it was stressful and hard for me doing the photos/scanning, but I was able to complete it after resubmitting two more attempts for the passport scan photo. My passport doesn't lie flat.

I had a great deal of trouble signing in to my account from several years ago. Once I got signed in, it was very easy.

On my phone I find the process of doing it myself daunting. Gotta scroll to find what's next, no clear indication of what is wrong when completing the forms. The uploading and then downloading required passport and photo for me was hard (73 years old). Chat box helped and once I got it all online the approval only took a short time. Thanks for getting it done!

It was so nice to be able to call them to ask questions and someone would actually answer the phone. Made the process of getting a visa a lot less stressful.

Easy process and amazingly helpful customer service agents!

Providing all the info Brazil wanted was confusing, but the agents talked me through it and made clear what needed to be done very carefully and what would be acceptable. After all the info was submitted the visa came quickly.

Form is easy to fill out and I had my Visa in just a few days.

Overall the team was very helpful and supportive.
The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because the return envelope was delayed at FedX because they didn’t correctly put my address. Instead they had my name and email address.

When there was a breakdown in communication between the embassy and Passport Visas Express, the representatives at Passport Visas Express resolved the issue. I received my Visa in plenty of time to make my trip.

My experience was amazing. Before I purchased my visa the online chat support answered all my questions. During the process I was kept up to date and even contacted directly when I had not included a document correctly. Recommended and also deferred a coworker to use the service as well.
