I have struggled with Maths throughout my life, having a number of attempts to succeed through college where then they would no longer help me, I turned to Pass Functional Skills Signing up in Jan 25. I have also had some humps through the year that Maths needed to be put on hold.

I worked through the course platform whenever I could, which is straight forward to navigate and along with 2 tutors, one of which I used the online tuition through Pass Functional Skills for extra support on the lead up to my exam, I had specific areas I've struggled with so concentrated on these areas. I met Chris Thorpe through zoom, Chris explained the topics thoroughly using step by step guidance, he was chilled, patient and would recover anything I was unsure of. Thanks to Both tutors guidance and support I have finally passed my Maths Level 2.

It was overall a great experience, I am not a fan of computers and it was a bit hard however considering no proper experience and setting it up at home. It went incredibly well. I think the only difficult part was scanning my ID and failing each time haha. However great experience and would definitely recommend. Thank you Pass Functional Skills. !!! 🥳

Very well structured self-learning system. Staff are polite and helpful. I received my exam results really quickly. Very supportive staff throughout the entire course; pre and post exams. And oh! I received a card to my address congratulating me after I had passed my exams. I recommend.

I had a good time studying for my level two in English and the staff was very supportive before and after the exam.

The process was super fast and extremely beneficial. I did my. Functional Skills in English Level 2 online and the layout was exceptional and helpful especially for someone who is Neurodivergent. The structure helped me pass my exams for employment. Pass Functional Skills even sent my booklet which was printed in color and easy for me to read. Amazing experience. Straightforward, supportive, flexible - exactly what I needed. My aim was to get functional skills certificates as soon as possible, and I managed to turn them around in less than 4 weeks.

This company is excellent. After not studying for over 15 years, I managed to pass within just four weeks. As I didn’t have time to complete the full course, they arranged for me to work with a maths tutor, which was incredibly helpful. The tutor was brilliant and made a huge difference to my progress.

I was working towards a tight deadline at the end of February, and thanks to their support, I passed ahead of schedule. I also found the recommended 3-hour functional skills video extremely useful.

It was very good

I am so grateful for everything the pass team helped me with. On my final exam my computer decided to completely freeze after I had completed the last question. I panicked and called the Pass team as quick as I could to which they reassured me and told me it would be okay and that they could see my exam. They were so kind and everything was so easy to use. Such a good service and really kind people. Thank you

Used pass for my level 2 functional skills maths, video tutorials are clear and well explained, i received a revision pack an exam pack and 2 practice papers on the post promptly, website has always worked for me, video tutorials are clear and their exam questions are harder than the exams which is ideal as the exam doesnt feel too stressful on the day, they word their questions a lot differently compared to tquks exam, they could do with exposing learners to those style questions from the start to prevent revision stress and to properly embed learning. Had a few technical problems with my exam, had the exam instructions video been clearer it could be avoided, pass functional skills on the whole were prompt, patient and very professional when i was upset as i couldnt access my exam, rosie and lilly especially were very kind and efficient, however 2 others i spoke to (i wont name them) were argumentative, one was over email when i emailed in about where to find resources for a section i was stuck on and the videos were not working for me, she didnt once point me in the direction of the many worksheets and videos they have in their extra revision section or on the website, another one was over the phone and again unnecessarily argumentative when i was trying to trouble shoot my exam but on the whole id recommend pass and tquk and advise others to sit their exams on a weekday between 9 and 5 when tquk are available to troubleshoot with you over the phone if you have issues, there is also a ln option to have an invigilator present if its someone who struggles with technology which i wasnt told about. Passed my maths exam first time, coming from someone who isnt good at maths at all.

Excellent .I wish I had done all my course with this company.First class . I only did the exam.Results within 2 days . Do not waste your time with learn direct for your functional skills. You pay over 300 and I am still waiting over 5 weeks to book a exam .

I had a fantastic experience with this company from start to finish. Maths has always been a weak point for me and was the only qualification holding me back. Thanks to this course, I passed my Level 2 Maths first time!
The course material is second to none and perfectly suited for the exam. I especially appreciated that every question comes with both written and video explanations, which made difficult topics much easier to understand. The revision programmes were also incredibly helpful in the lead-up to the subject tests and gave me the confidence I needed going in.

I'm glad to have chosen PFS to obtain my qualification. My experience was excellent from arranging my course and exam package through to taking the exams. All my calls were answered quickly and in a very polite and professional manner, any issues were resolved quickly there and then or prompt call back received with my enquiry being resolved. The course material, mock and practice exams were so helpful and the percentage marks, checks, overall progress as I continued through the material was a great prompt and motivator to keep increasing my mark. I went from a 30% of passing to 100% in a few months, which shows how well constructed the course material is helping to understand and learn quickly.
