Don't want it

I really can’t believe I wasted my time with this company. I never heard of them, never ordered anything from them and definitely never opened an account with them. I clicked on a link on facebook which deep down I knew I shouldn’t have. I was to get a boneless couch and only pay the shipping which was $9.99. Of course it was a scam, but later on I got a charge on my card from partybunk.com for $9.99. Needless to say, I didn’t receive a couch. I reached out to partybunk and when I tell you guys I got the run around, it was crazy. I am going to post these emails between them and myself, it was as if I was being gas lit. How good is this company if they can’t return $9.99 to someone. It’s like they need all they can get. I’m really upset because I was scammed and seems there nothing I can do about it. They asked name to remove the initial review I had and I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. After I removed the review, they’re telling me I could only get credits. If that isn’t gaslighting I don’t know what is. What am I going to use credits for if I don’t do parties, or buy anything for parties? If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was not satisfied with my experience, but I have given them a 5 star rating. I am not saying don't buy their product. The 5 stars are for their customer service. I have been issued a total refund and an apology without having to ask for one. How could I be upset about that! I will definitely be trying them again soon!!

Harassment. Let's start there. After taking money out of an account multiple times that was unauthorized you than held the last refund and stated it would only be returned if given a 5 star review.
Let's talk about 1 purchase that was charged multiple charged. Not once not twice but 4 times.
Absolutely a nightmare to deal with.

They took care of my situation fast and timely manner and got me taken care of and back right and a quick timely manner

Well I had a hard time trying to get a refund. Cause I had no idea where my money was going to so thank you. And I used my card on the 25th and it says it on my bank statement. But party bunk said it was on the 9th. I appreciate that the support team got back to me so quickly. Thanks Anita
