Problem solved by Eugene for which I am grateful
Totally unexpected I received today a pleasant message from Eugene/ supportdesk Notepadgo. Earlier this week I found out that payments were charges to my credit card account. To the best of my knowledge I never gave permission for those payments. Iwrote then a mail to express my unpleasant feeling about what happened.To my great surprise I received this morning a mail from Eugene with the compensation offer.I am very happy about the offered compensation

Website using scam to obtain good reviews
I received an offer for some drawing pens, but after I went to buy it, the link sent me to this website telling me I subscribed for a VIP status. When I asked for a refund, the customer service agent "Diamond" asked me to do a good reviews if I want my money back.
So because it was a scam, I warn any other customers about this website.
