Initially was quite disappointed as my package arrived with one the items missing (small cabinet part of a big modular workbench). I called the support number and was told they would look into it. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect but just a couple hours later i get an email saying they have spoken to the warehouse, have located it, and have dispatched it. It arrived the next day having been shipped overnight. Very impressed with how they dealt with it and with everything else having gone flawlessly and their prices being so competitive, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Needed to replace 3 of our low profile jacks (4T) and shopped around, these were the best price by quite a lot, saved more than £70 over the next closest quote. Shipping was very fast, they arrived 2 days later and was kept fully informed with tracking number they provided. So nice to deal with a company that you call and speak to a human immediately. Ordered and paid for a battery for my truck, received it a week later , good communication and really apologetic after DHL poor delivery service! But would use again 👍

Price for what I purchased was good, however I asked if it could be delivered on a specific date and was told that was ok. On the day of delivery it hadn’t arrived so contacted the retailer and was told it was expected to be delivered that day. Later when I contacted again to ask where it was I was told it was never on the delivery vehicle and would be delivered the following week. Better communication is needed I shouldn’t have to chase twice to be told it won’t be coming when expected.

Had a problem with the order and it was dealt with immediately and professionally. I was kept up to date with the progress, and the problem has now been resolved. Will highly recommend Partsformachines for outstanding service.

My compressors from Parts for machines turned up a day earlier than estimated so a big plus for that.
There was a very minor damaged part probably from transit. After a couple of emails to confirm the part it was despatched and arrived 2 days later. Overall i am very impressed with service and communication, i will definately be buying from these guys again and would highly reccommend them.

Purchased a Mig Welder and had problems with delivery. Customer services were fantastic when contacted and promptly sorted it all out. Was informed that it would be delivered on the next morning but in fact TNT returned again later in the afternoon and delivered. Great machine at a great price. All in all first class service and great company to deal with. Will definitely use in future for purchase of tooling / equipment and highly recommend them.

I ordered a SIP QT compressor around lunchtime and it arrived the very next day. I had been looking for this model for several months, but prices elsewhere were consistently quite high. Very efficient team of people at Parts for Machines, much more proactive than normally experienced when buying online, dealing with queries and follow up issues very quickly and positively. Clearly a good culture there with customers at the forefront of their thinking.

Great service. The only thing that let it down was the chosen courier did not communicate with me at all ref delivery when I was told they would. They left a pallets worth of goods in my driveway which was left there for most of the day until I got home from work.
