I decided to give this website a try; Color me impressed.
I am in the USA and imported a car from japan. The parts are very difficult to source. While looking for part #'s so I could google search them for the best price I came across PartsByPost.com and their extensive oem parts catalogs and diagrams. Then for the heck of it I decide to check the price and it was much better and shipping cost was much lower than nengun.com and rhdjapan.com. The part I needed this time was obscure (no one else had the diagram and part number of the body bracket I needed) and inexpensive so I decided to give them a try. Ordering was easy but felt sketchy. Emails look sketchy. Communication was slow, but it did eventually occur, easing my mind. About 10 days after I placed my order it was shipped and arrived quickly and perfectly. I was skeptical and nervous about my first order but will definitely order from again for my outside the USA parts. A bit of updating to the email, more data available on website with regard to order status, and faster communication would really help them boost confidence for future users
