Bad on many fronts
We submitted our original request for quotation. Partition King sent a preliminary drawing with the door in the incorrect position. I marked the necessary changes and returned the drawings. The revised drawings from Partition King corrected the door position but changed the overall dimensions (-1 1/2") and changed the color. We were surprised by the added cost to correct the color, paid additional shipping to deliver to a residence, were told that the driver would wait 30 min. while package was inspected - the driver left immediately and then the stalls had to be modified on-site to compensate for the dimension change.

Please note that the final drawings were reviewed, signed, and approved by your team for the exact parts that were sent out to you. If there were any requirements to alter parts on site - then this would be an oversight during the review / signing process. If there were any parts inconsistent with the drawings, please do reach out to us ASAP for us to correct this. We understand the importance of precise measurements and specifications, and regret any oversight in this process.
Regarding the residential delivery fee, freight companies charge extra for residential addresses. While this is standard practice in the freight carrier industry, we acknowledge that additional costs can be unexpected - especially once the address is disclosed to us and validated as commercial vs. residential upon placing the order.

Phenomenal
Your team did phenomenally. We had a lot of change requests to the drawings that you dealt with without fuss and I know how annoying that can be after so many iterations, especially with such a small dollar value. We had a hiccup with a couple of things not showing up, but the team jumped on it without hesitation and got it taken care of immediately. We haven’t got to install the partitions yet, due to permitting issues, but superstar job on the up front portion.

The ordering process was very easy. The renderings provided were very helpful to visualize and verify the space. I also appreciate your consistency in following up on the order. It allows me to not forget to stay focused on it .The shipping was smooth. However, it is very difficult to have to delivered to a non commercial business without a loading dock or lift

Great selections, double check your dimensions
The quality and material selection are great. It was also a quick turn around time from ordering to receiving the product. My only minor criticism is that when we sent drawings with dimensions, the drawings and quote that came back from partition king had different dimensions. Had we not carefully double checked the quote against our drawings, it might have been missed and the product would not have fit. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely responsive and helped fix the dimensions immediately. All was corrected and the product fit perfectly when it arrived. It was explained to me that they adjusted the dimensions to match in stock pieces and save on shipping time. I would definitely use this company again.

The email back and forth was easy, fast, and clear. I was absolutely and completely impressed with the ordering process. So easy.
The installation was not as great as I would have liked. There were no instructions included. I had to look up the website to find something. I was also very surprised to find that there were no pre-drilled holes in the panels. That was not ideal.

Hello Partition King, The ordering process was beneficial with the drawings and the timely adjustment to the drawings as we went along. I will say the hardware that came with worked pretty well. We were short 2 brackets and some of the anchor screws needed to be replaced with more substantial ones based on the walls that the walls were being attached to. The walls were great!
