Beware! Took me 5 months and lots of effort to get a refund after cancel from their end
Well, I'r rather give 0 stars if that would be possible.
Asked for the availability of a product, received a reply that their stock was at the supplier. Ordered a part and it turned out not to be available and my order was cancelled. That was in March.
That's where the real problems started. I should have checked for reviews before I transferred any money.
After numerous e-mails from my end (sometimes I did not get an answer, sometimes some kind of excuse) I started calling instead of e-mailing and I finally received my money back after 5 months. This company is a scam if you need a refund, beware!

Very long refund time after part out of stock
After ordering a part from Partacus, I got the message that the part was no longer in stock. While a bummer - as Partacus seemed to be the only one with the part in stock - it can't be helped.
However, I have had to send several emails before their financial department got to refunding the purchase. All in all, it took just over a month for me to get my money back - but at least I did get it back.
My advice: Make sure they have the part in stock first. It seems like this is a fine company, but seeing the other reviews on this site, the financial department does not seem to have its act together. They are, as they say , a small company with just one person running financials, but that should be no excuse for over a month of refund time.

Don't do business with this company!!! On 18-5-2017 I ordered a part and payed for it. One day later the mailed me that they could not deliver the part and would refurse my order and pay back to my credit card. It is the 26 of june and after 4 mails still no pay back although they only once answered me back on the 13th of june:
"Dear Sir,
the information is now processed by our accounting department. Soon you will receive the payment back"
I still haven't received a full refund.

Last february I found the window switch that I needed for my Alfa Romeo.
After several weeks they informed to me about the unavailability of that part and offered to me an alternative reference. I accepted this option but after two months Partacus wasn´t capable to obtain the part from any supplier. Then I cancelled my order and they sent to me a message about the return of my credit card payment "in few days". Three weeks ago I didn´t receive my money and its customer service don´t reply my emails.

Paid £85.00 for a clutch cable which they said was in stock 3 months later, I had to get my credit company to do a charge back which took another month to sort out and through all this there was never any communication from the company all emails ignored and phone never answered so my only conclusion Is that this business is a scam.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have both a part but after i get a notification email from them that was not available in there store. After 1 month i am waiting for refund ..... very bad communication, after this week if i don't get my refund, i will inform local authority (Police)
