Poor quality and overpriced, shoes has fallen apart after not even one season and shop did not accept their responsibility for a faulty product. Terrible and rude customer service! Never buying their products again!

I bought my first Leguano shoes 4 years ago here in Hannover. Since then I bought 4 more pairs. The ones I bought 4 years ago are falling apart. So, I went to the store here in Hannover to buy a new pair and also a pair of sandals. The door was open, I entered and started to look at shoes, when I heard from behind me: I am on break. But the store is open. I have to come back in 20 minutes. I have never seen this store busy. But it’s Hanover and even if you don’t sell anything the whole day, you can’t interupt your break. I called Leguano to complain. And got told it is her break, but she will pass on my complain. I assume they just don’t care that they just lost a customer and I will not recommend then anymore.

I received a pair of Kosmo boots and Activ shoes a week ago. Both are very attractive and generally super comfortable. The seller was very helpful while I was deciding which models to buy, and he happily answered my questions. There was a delay in shipping, and very little communication from the seller after I'd paid online. I've worn the boots a few times, and the inside seam on one of them rubs against my foot (it hasn't been sewn as neatly as the seam in the other boot). I've emailed the seller about this and received no response.
