Too busy! Impossible to find somewhere to park my car.Staff were all too busy and inattentive. It was like getting blood out of a stone to get the help we required. When I went to collect my car it was parked in a very tight space and impossible to drive out of without help. Whole experience was stressful and unpleasant!

Felt no pressure while there. Huge thanks to Marcus Hunt. He was honest with me and was genuinely interested in speaking with me about what I was actually looking for rather than at me with a big sales pitch to try to get me to buy a car I hadn't gone in for. Marcus is a true credit to the sales team there and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Have ended up with the car I wanted and felt listened to and valued as a customer. Great experience. If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. We collected a car from them in early May with only one working key. Months later we still await the key and then we will have to go to have it programmed. The staff and management have consistently been untruthful and done their very best to not speak to us return calls and appear to simply hope we would go away. I have today contacted VW UK and Derbyi Council Trading Standards. I would recommend you buy your car elsewhere than this group

No where to park far too busy had to…
No where to park far too busy had to leave car at side of a fence ! Car was not washed on collection but saw other cars being washed. When collected in a very tight space was hard to get the vehicle out. Lots of staff but no one has anytime for you just chatting amongst themselves.

I recently tried to purchase a car from this dealer and it wasn't the easiest process!! Whilst the sales guys are nice enough, communication wasn't great and the sale fell through after the car failed its checks id been told had already been done!! Whilst it can't be helped the car is beyond repair - we are extremely disappointed and dont understand how it was up for sale with such significant issues - surely this should be checked first? The garage did refund us quickly but the whole situation was avoidable and has caused alot of issues for us.

Purchasing a new car.
When purchasing my new car at Parkway Volkswagen Northampton I received exceptional service. The sale was handled by Marcus Hunt who guided me through the whole process expertly and efficiently.
On collection of the car he explained everything I needed to know and set up technical processes such as the installation of my phone etc.
