Easy - courteous - do it!

I chose this company via a Groupon because we were going on vacation for several days and it was one of the few that offered 5 day rentals. They were easily located, very quick with check in and check out, timely with travel to and from airport, and had extremely polite drivers. I not only would use them again I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

After arriving from Las Vegas, we were picked up at the airport within 15 minutes. Our car was ready on arrival to parking lot and in our way home less than 5 minutes later,,,,,Keep up the great job!!!!!

I appreciate the comfort in knowing my car is in good hands when I am away in your facility. It's very hard to be at ease with going away and transportation to the terminals is always great. Thank you again.

Timing, drivers, all were great. Got to and from JFK without any problems.

I recently went on vacation and had to catch a flight out of JFK. I was searching for a alternative long term parking when I came across park plus. The price was right son I gave it a shot. Upon arrival check in was convenient and the shuttle was ready to go. We arrived at the airport in 10min. Upon returning from vacation I gave them a call when my plane landed and by the time we came outside the shuttle was there and our car was ready to go when we reached the parking lot. Excellent service

ok, but in the first three min of them loading our bags our carry on 's handle was broken beyond repair.

To be honest it didn't start out right being the first time using this service I was turned around and didn't know where to go on the morning of,,, it was a good idea that I gave myself plenty of time in anticipation of my flight. I finally arrived at park plus ,( thank goodness for there email that was sent to me when I did my reservation and the lady on the phone ) I was able to find the number and call them and was able to make my way there. When I finally got there even though it was early in the morning everyone was nice and friendly (to my surprise) anyways everything went well my wife and I were taken to our gate and we were there in no time,,, when I suddenly realize that I had left my Louis Vuitton wallet in a opened area. Which was my concern so I was worried that it would get lost... finally back home, upon arrival I called and they told me that they would pick me up in a few minutes and they were right on time. So we pulled into the lot and my car was right there they had it right in front and the first thing I looked for was for my wallet... And there it was , I was thankful ...so Thank you to "Park Plus" for having a honest team that always maintained a courteous and friendly environment. Job well done !!! I will recommend you guys...

These guys running this place are really good !
I tell them every time I leave my car.
They drive you to the airport and pick you up when you come back and have your car ready and the trunk waiting open for your arrival for your luggage

Parking long or short term can be an added concern when traveling. Not here. Park Plus is the service to use. Best service, courteous, professional and never a problem. I travel a lot and will only use this company.

I travel about 2 weeks a month, and there is no place else I would even consider parking. The staff is great, the customer service is very good, and the ratio of parking spaces to vans, is decent enough that there is usually not a big wait once you call for a pick-up. I highly recommend this establishment, but I almost want to keep the secret for myself.

This is generally a very good service where you simply leave your car. Its then parked for you and is waiting for you on your return. You're then driven to your terminal and helped with your luggage. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The issues I've had are with the wait time for the van. Often they are short-staffed and there is only 1 van running. When this is the case I've waited as many as 20 minutes at the terminal for the van. Otherwise, the service is very good and a good value.

My wife was skeptical about the pickup . I tell you, it was honestly the best experience I've ever had going to an airport and not having to worry about parking. especially long-term.fantastic, nice way to start a trip and end the trip. great job parks Plus. Regards ken and donna

Entry to the facility is a little odd, and the area is pretty ugly, but the service received and the staff I dealt with were all great. This is the first time I've used a long-term parking option near the airport, and it worked out perfectly.

Very responsive, never a long wait, always friendly and helpful. You can't ask for anything more!
