Take and Go make you wait a long time
We chose Take and Go because they allowed a 5 week stay. They were absolutely terrible. They say contact us 15m before being at the chosen location (salidas) and they took nearly an hour to show up. Each call they said "10m llegamos" but it was incredibly frustrating. When they arrived they actually said they were delayed because we didn't speak Spanish correctly. They didn't even have the decency to apologise for being late and continually giving us a 10m ETA. Appalling behaviour.

Not trustworthy. ‘We’re just a middleman’, they say when things go bad. Meet and greet provider booked through Parkos was absolute shambles, a scam. Damaged my car and told me to repair under my own insurance. Also complete drain my fuel tank and drove unexplained number of miles. Parkos ignored complaints and happily lists them as trusted partner. Never again.

Terrible
Used meet and greet service at LHR when car was returned found items on passenger seat from glove box. Thought it a bit strange, then discovered my CDs were missing, sunglasses, portable tyre inflator and most disturbing the wheel nuts!
Called several times and got nowhere, they ended up blocking my number.
Contacted PARKOS and they stated you should not leave valuables in the car, no apologies, nothing.
Asked if the matter would be investigated they stated they would pass it back to the manager of the LHR branch. Have heard nothing.

Reasonable price, easy to find, great service when dropping car off. On arrival back into airport called them, they told me to go to meet and greet and was there within 10mins, great service all round and would definitely use again and highly recommend x

Parkos at pollards farm estate is great! Really easy to find and friendly drivers , no issues at all. Pickup was easy would definetely recommend. John our pickup driver was friendly and chatty , super customer service .

Very easy to find and park
Very easy to find and park, no hassle. The bus stop was 5 min away across the busy street and it was raining… but we didn’t mind, really good value for money. We took the public bus to the terminal £1.65 each way.

Gatwick car park service
I dropped the car in the car park. They well quick to meet us. They dropped us in there minibus at the airport, showed us where to wait for them on our return. The instructions were clear and were on time we did not have to wait long to be picked up

Close proximity to Gatwick terminals
Nice looking, ordinary, car park on a business estate with plenty of space. One stop from South terminal, two from the North. Frequent local buses. Good price compared to others.
