If I could give 0 I would. I was leaving and had to let a pedestrian pass. I stopped and the bar came down on my car. I had to back up the ramp and pay again since it is a fully automated gate. When I called the attendant I was told I could not park there because I am an employee. I was told not only would I not get a refund but I would be reported and the attendant argued with me for 15 minutes. He would not listen to me but kept correcting me. I am not an employee of dignity health and have the right to park there as well as the approval of the EVP of my company. I was essentially corrected the entire conversation and received no help at all. He wanted my full name and my managers name which is in no way assisting me. He would not provide his name to me and gave me no contact information to rectify this. I am furious and I want my money back as well as an apology. I am at the mercy general campus in Sacramento california. It is the medical plaza lot. Since parkipedia limits the number of cards provided for on site privately owned companies I am required to pay daily and I am reimbursed by my company. I have never been so poorly treated. I would like to be contacted asap.
Card intercepted by scammers. Charge appeared on my card a few days later 1.36. Scammers often charge a small amount first to confirm and then hit the card after it goes through.
BEWARE ..ALWAYS PAY CASH .READ REVIEWS….Over charged car park fees like so many other poor people at Royal Surrey Hospital Guildford if you pay by card .l was charged £9.80 for being there 2 and half hours .Heartless,disgusting.Today I shall park for free..Next time l pay cash .
I was interested to see so many negative reviews about the car parks themselves so posted a positive review. However, they don't seem to want to publish positive reviews. Unless it's because I pay the car parks directly and do not use their services?
Also, why use them anyway. You cannot be assured a parking space, in many of the locations I looked at, through this third party company!
So I went online for parking for an event at the fox and came across parkopedia.. I saw it was a Lanier parking area ( which I am familiar with lanier)..
It was easy to reserve and prepay for the parking and get confirmation as well as instructions..
Not to mention they were the lowest priced in midtown at the time..
I also got a receipt once I left the parking area ..
It was a great experience ..
Will use them again ...
I paid for parking in poynton Cheshire first half hour free then paid for 3 hours yet received a letter saying I hadn’t paid for the whole stay which isn’t true as I was there for work that day absolute disgusting
Tried to register with Parkopedia but was hijacked by a third-party organisation called sweatybill.com. I thought that I was registering with Parkopedia but it was a fraud. They took 49.99 from my account the following day. Probably not Parkopedia's fault but would like people to take care. My card is now cancelled.
I wanted to leave a review following the excellent customer service I received from Gabriela at Parkopedia. I booked a space at Brick Street London following a trip to Windsor for my sons 1st birthday but could not make it into London as my son was unwell and had to be taken home to Bristol. I contacted Gabriela to see if there was any way the parking charge could be refunded, not expecting it to be possible as normally 24 hours notice is required, but Gabriela was on the case immediately contacting the company to make enquiries, less than 24 hours later I have the money back in my account! Thank you so much Gabriela, this has really made a difference!
Had a problem with the parking spot I reserved in San Francisco as the address I was given wasn't posted. There was a lot where the address should've been with plenty of open spots, so I paid for one of those. The next day I emailed Parkopedia about the difficulty, attached the receipt, was reimbursed a few days later. Gabriela with their customer service was professional and reacted calmly to my somewhat testy email. She's the reason I'm giving this review 5 stars.

Booked parking for NCP sheffield city centre,
QR code was not reconised by scanner to lift barrier,
no attendant available, so had to use the call machine to speak to someone which took some time for person to pick up,
on collection of car same again, after waiting at barrier for attendant to pick up and giving all booking details over phone, finally got barrier raised,
at this point two attendants appeared from nowhere to discuss problem and said there`s always issues with online booking and scanninig codes rarely works,
wonders of technology `
Pay at site, don`t bother booking online.

I used your service but when I got to the parking lot they said they were full even though we paid already and we ended having to park on the street after looking for parking for over an hour and this was extremely inconvenient due to my mother in law passed away - we have email you guys about 4 times and no one has answered us back - I need my 30.00 refunded - i need a phone number

I had to contact them twice on Facebook and once by email (lack of customer service phone number) because their website is very particular about the way you enter your phone number. What should have taken me 5 minutes took me 2 days because I had to reach out to them several times to resolve the issue and book my parking. Why not just provide clear instructions on the website?
When I went to leave the parking garage on my last day, another person in front of me couldn’t get out because her barcode wasn’t working. I tried to use mine and it wasn’t working either. Luckily a parking garage attendant walked by and opened the door for us. I doubt I’d use the service again in the future.

I never leave reviews but I booked a parking spot in London and paid via Parkopedia web page. A week later I received a fine for £140 due to Parkopedia not sharing my details correctly with the firm. At least that's what my appeal response letter has said. Absolute scam.
I wrote to Parkopedia twice with no response.
I'm disgusted that these firms are getting away with awful practices. I'll be contacting the media because this needs to be investigated by a professional!

The prices they quote aren't necessarily accurate. I understand they add a service charge on top. The number of parking spaces available is a guestimate.

Parked on the Great Yarmouth Market Place car park today following successfully using other providers to park whilst away on holiday in Dorset and also last year in Devon and Kent.
When parking with the other car park fee providers, I paid for the time allocated by my credit card and job done, even reminded me when time was running out, free of charge!
Parked for one hour today with Parkopedia. If I had paid by cash would have been £1. Paid by card today and Parkopedia have charged me £1.20 plus on my bank statement there have been 2 x 10p separate charges taken from Parkodeia, what is that all about???
Extremely disappointed at Parkopedia as a company, what a rip off!! I will make sure I always have cash in future. Avoid!!!

The system and staff in Denmark is rude and unacceptable. After I use the parking lot I feel like I have been stolen from.

Found the information given was completely wrong and wasted 3/4 hour of my time

We paid £15 to reserve a parking space in London for a visit to an embassy. On arriving the car park did not allow entry and we had to pay again to use the same car park. The fee was only £7.50 for the same duration.
On contacting parkopedia, they offered to refund the charge on production of a receipt which we did not have.
Edit: They did refund the charge on presentation of the ticket so it wasn't a complete disaster.

Don’t even deserve 1 star ! Got ticket while I was clearly loading my van. Have to shop alone (one person policy because of coronavirus) so was at pets at home buying large 25kg bags of dog food. I moved my van to the door so I could put the food in. Hazard lights on and side door open so attendant could clearly see what I was doing. Waited till I went in to get my second bag to take pic for ticket then walk off quickly so I wouldn’t see him !! Absolutely disgusting service !!

Terrible service. Got a ticket to park for $10 through the website, and the lot didn’t recognize my car. I got a ticket for $65. Parkipedia did not reimburse me or help me at all.
