Zero rating. Half an hour late, despite saying they were on their way. We nearly missed our flight. Called 17 times they didn’t pick up their phone. Total liars, they disconnected the car camera. No... See more

They’re scammers

They’re scammers, please don’t book with them. Arrived 30 mins late to collect our car, we barely managed to catch our flight. Upon arrival back, we’ve been waiting for 2 hours, the man says that he’s caught in traffic on a Sunday morning which is an absolute lie. He’s so rude, doesn’t answer and hung the phone up on me when called to check about the whereabouts of our car. Strangled on the airport with two tired children after an overnight journey with a connection. Not sure if we’ll get our car back and in what condition, definitely reporting him to the police!

Very poor service, do not use

They kept us waiting for over an hour when we dropped our car at Heathrow. We almost missed the flight. Very poor/rude communication. Athough it was very cheap, not worth the stress.

Avoid

Not quite as extreme as some reviews but phoned when 30 mins away but was left 20 mins for them to pick the car up so took 50 mins. Fortunately we werent running late for our flight. On return we phoned when we collected the bags and was told it would be 20/30 mins only to wait an hour. The driver arrived windows down and the heating was on full temperature. When we drove off the car had an odor of cigarettes which would figure why the driver had the windows down and the heat cracked up. As non smokers with a young child this is disgusting. I would not recommend using them. Only arrived home 24 hours ago so not received any fines for illegal parking etc so will wait and see and await a response to my complaint.

I had to phone 27 times to even get through.

Terrible and hostile service

I called 30 mins before our arrival to Heathrow (as per the instructions). The man on the phone was rude and shouted at me. We were then left waiting for over 15 mins for them to arrive to collect our car.

On collection, we called (as per the instructions) once we collected our bags and we're left waiting for over an hour for our car to be returned to us. The individual ignored our calls, was rude and dismissive.

The level of unapologetic hostility was frankly staggering.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

O NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
When I received my car, there were takeaway bags in the car, that have been left for some time, causing a curry smell to my car. Plastic bottles were left, somebody used my car to sleep and eat. When I told the driver, he simply suggested that I disposed of the trash . I have called and msgd with no success. Tried to put a complain with the British Parking Association and they are not even in the list.

Iceland receipt found in my car ..used for personal shopping!!!!…

On arriving at T5 we waited for 40 mins for the driver, whilst waiting we witnessed other drivers from the Meet and Greet location we were at driving customers cars like racing cars!

On returning, was given the keys and before I had checked the inside of the car the driver had disappeared!!
On checking the inside the Dash Cam had been unplugged, money taken from the arm rest compartment and a receipt of Iceland in Slough Dated 27th September(whilst we were away!) and also the milage on the car was 36 miles added as I took photos.
Absolutely beyond disgusted with this company and behaviour
We are suppose to trust these companies!! hmmm really Never Again .

Car being used for personal shopping and taking money, I am beyond angry.
Have emailed twice now with No response!!!!!!

Clocked 300 miles and left car filthy and stinking of curry

I paid £80 to leave my car for 10 days while I was away. When I returned, I was horrified to find that my car had been driven over 300 miles while in their care. There was a takeaway container filled with curry left on the back seat, used drink bottles inside, and the car was filthy.
When I called to complain, I was met with complete disregard — no apology, no accountability, and no concern whatsoever. I have been informed the matter is being investigated and I will receive a response by an unspecified time. I feel completely violated and disgusted that they treated my car this way.
Do not trust these people with your vehicle. Avoid these criminals at all costs.

Avoid. Car damaged. Driven during parking period

They will make you pay for the entry and exit ticket. Car received a notification that the rear was impacted a week into the parking. Many notifications that the car location was moved. Awful customer service. Waited an hour after contacted them for the car to be delivered, while tracking the car and told over the phone “it’s 5 minutes away”. Do not use. Rogues
