Excellent service

Today i was served by Dr Amer and N. Lakito.
The service was excellent, I felt mininal pain even when receiving the anaesthesia shot which is normally painful and throughout the whole procedure.

This dental practice is acting unprofessional

This dental practice is acting unprofessionally, the dentist at this practice are very rude and unprofessional, tried to remove my daughter's tooth that was infected using tooth extractor tool with excessive force. They couldn't make it afterwards, saying they are referring my daughter to hospital to remove the tooth, that was in 2023, we have never received any referral since, the excessive force used on the tooth caused my daughter's tooth to be painful and start breaking in pieces every time. Since then, every time there is an appointment for my daughter, they cancel the appointment without reason and the day before. The last appointment made for my daughter in April this year was cancelled again on the day my daughter piece of tooth came off again without reason.

All the family had the appointment, and went there for the appointment on the 1st of April 2025, left work early for that, got there, we have been told there is no dentist available in the clinic. After saying we are sending another appointment, but then it was a removal from the dentist without notice and left my daughter tooth unhealthy.
I am in the process of complaining to the NHS dental and professional body.

Best dentist and staff

My husband has Vascular Dementia and needed treatment. Dr Sonya and her nurses Shab's and Kousar are wonderful. So professional, helpful and friendly. It can't be easy treating someone with limited understanding, but you all do it excellently. So a big thank you from us to everyone.
Glad we are patients with such a caring practice.

Phone just rings. No messages replied to.

Phone just rings. Had to go elsewhere as they never pick up or call you back. The female dentist said that my teeth were fine when I was complaining about 2 of them. They are not fine and I am now currently getting them sorted elsewhere. To be honest I'm glad you never picked up the phone as your service and care is appalling. You don't even numb people properly before you start a procedure on them and then you send them in to waiting room with blood all over them. There was another patient in the waiting room with half a tooth hanging out, they were told to wait outside until the aesthetic started to work.. why start to pull a tooth out if the aesthetic hasn't started to work yet? You just want to see patients as quick as possible. I asked if I could pay for my teeth cleaning as they wouldn't do it on the NHS and still got denied. Such a bad service

Impossible to contact

It doesn't matter the day you ring, what time you ring, how many times you ring, or if you leave a voicemail. This dental practice simply refuses to answer its phone.
