The quality of the product is very good but I have encountered a lot of delay in the delivery and some defect on the stitching

had a terrible experience with the online clothing shop Parian. I ordered one item specially for my birthday, but it arrived 25 days later, completely ruining the purpose of the purchase.
The worst part came after that. When I contacted them to ask for a refund because of the extreme delay, instead of refunding me, they sent me a completely different item — different design and different color — without my permission. This is absolutely unacceptable and very unprofessional.
There was no proper communication, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. I am based in Germany, and this kind of service is far below any reasonable standard.
Honestly, I strongly recommend not buying from this shop. Very disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and money.

AVOID! Dropship from China; very poor quality; reality far away from the pictures; returns at own expense to abroad

I received my order about 3 weeks after the order. The trousers and the pullover is nice - but it was made and sent directly from China.

This site is NOT fake but I think the price is pretty high.
But i would still recommend it :-)

I really like the product. The shipment took longer than I expected. Also, their website was very confusing and I could not find a way to switch the currency to US so I paid UE $ which was ridiculous. It shouldn’t be much easier.

They are scammers.fake products,bad quality and they dont do refunds.Also waited for my order for 3 months.

My son picked out items from this website and I bought them 2nd Dec 2025, on website it stated it takes up to 3 days for dispatch and up to 10 days for delivery. Items were not dispatched until 16th Dec and did not arrive until 5th January. The quality of items were horrendous!!! I sent email straight away to Parijan that I wanted to return items and get a refund, they refused even though they state on their website that they allow refunds, they said they would give me a 15% refund, I declined, then they offered 20% refund, I declined and said I would put photos from my order online to show quality of the goods and they then agreed to give me a full refund. I sent the request for details to return items on 8th January and I have no details of where to return items to date. This company is not trustworthy and looks like a scam. Please do not get caught like I did, do not buy from this company.

I want to warn all EU consumers about PARIJAN. What presents itself as a European brand is in reality a dropshipping operation from China that systematically ignores EU consumer rights.

Here is what happened:

1. Ordered a "European" product and paid EU prices.
2. Immediately cancelled the order using my legal 14-day right of withdrawal, as the items had not shipped.
3. They refused my cancellation with a fake "24-hour policy" that contradicts their own advertised 30-day return terms and EU law.
4. They then shipped the item anyway from China (tracking confirmed), after my cancellation.
5. For weeks, they have refused to send a return label, deliberately blocking my legal right to return the item I never wanted.

Key issues:

· Misleading Origin: Advertised as a EU/Paris brand, but ships directly from China. You are paying a huge markup for an AliExpress item.
· Illegal Policies: Their internal "24-hour cancellation" policy is void under EU consumer law. They ignore the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.
· Bad Faith Tactics: They ignore emails, send deflecting messages from a "founder," and actively obstruct returns to keep your money.
· No Customer Service: All my emails requesting the legally required return label have been ignored for over a month.

Conclusion:
Do not trust this company. If you have a problem, they will ignore you and violate your legal rights. You are not buying from a legitimate brand, but from a middleman reselling cheap goods from China at a massive markup while providing zero customer service.

Save your money and your sanity. Shop elsewhere

1 item missing and other is too small. Email sent no reply

After looking at the reviews I decided to do some research. This was not very hard. Apparently the address listed on their website comes back to a hairdresser in Paris, but also with the wrong postal code. It should be according to the address “75016”. On there website it’s listed as “75116”. This company is a complete scam if you have bought from here I’d consider suing them…

Avoid at all costs.

Order placed January 1st. January 15th and no info, showing at best ‘mid way through delivery process’. No sign. No word. Avoid at all costs

I ordered a couple of sweaters and some trousers from here. After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried. Loads of people were saying it’s a scam, that they’d been waiting months or that nothing ever showed up. I ordered just after Christmas and it turned up after about three weeks. It came from China. Quality-wise, it’s nothing special, but it’s not bad either

Great experience most especially from customer support, the shipping got delayed due to the courier’s fault but it’s understandable and the quaulity is great. Will recommened and the ratings here prove me wrong

They stole my money, took the money and never delivered my order and stopped answering my emails and contacting attempts

I attempted to cancel within half an hour of reading the trust advisor reviews, and it still got delivered, I still got charged, I never opened the package and they’ve violated my consumer rights by not respecting, this company should be avoided at all costs, it’s pretty obvious especially with their automated emails it’s a drop shipping company with automated staff, I don’t even need to open package to know it’s probably Temu stuff, I’ve been trying for a while to get this refunded and the best the offer, again in automated fashion is a 15% refund and keep item, which is not satisfactory, or an exchange which tbf why would I wish to buy from them again if this is how they behave. Their customer service is non existent yet their email address you contact for support will still non stop send you daily emails advertising their products and discounts, which begs the question further if they quote throw away 30% discounts why would I settle for a 15% refund, this company is obviously drop shipping and will resort to even illegal business practises like not respecting a consumer rights request.

After ordering the wrong sizes of two pair of pants I attempted to return them-for a refund.
-I was refused; instead I was offered two options: recieve a 15% discount and keep the two items...
- return the items at my expense and select other merchandise from the same store with the same price.

I didn´t want to select any of their merchandise becuase I wasn´t satisfied with the quality.
Initally, I tried to cancel the order after seeing other negative reviews-but was denied. The said "I could receive the order and return it for a full refund".

Another red flag was while looking on their website for the materials of the pants-there was no mention of the what type of material that the pants were made of.
Lessons learned: while ordering on-line use search tools like TRUSTPILOT to assist you.

I placed an order with PARIJAN and it has been many days, yet my package still shows only “shipment information received” with no movement. This means the carrier has not picked up the parcel, even though customer service keeps repeating the same generic messages about “holiday delays.”

I have contacted support several times, but the replies feel copy-paste and do not provide any real tracking, pickup date, or proof of shipment. I’m also traveling soon and needed my order on time, but there has been zero transparency about when it will actually be delivered.

Very disappointed with the lack of clear communication and slow handling. I will update this review if the situation improves.
