My order never arrived got an email from Parijan to say sorry because they don t have the product yet so they give me a small discount voucher , The products are low quality with mid quality price don't BUY IT RUN

This is not a real brand, just cheap products from China with the tags cut off. The items look completely different from the photos. The delivery took a very long time, and the quality is terrible — definitely not worth the price. There’s nothing that sets these products apart from regular Chinese goods, except the inflated price.

Clothes aren’t of great quality, lots of marketing hype but the product then doesn’t match up to the idea of quality that they’re portraying.

Returns have been an utter nightmare after not agreeing with the quality of goods, I was initially offered 15% off instead of a return. Had to escalate for a return and now it’s been over 4 weeks since that was done with no money returned.

Wouldn’t recommend, not trustworthy.

Extremely untrustworthy company. I cancelled my order immediately and received written confirmation, yet they shipped it anyway. The return has been with them since September 1st, but they are refusing to issue the legally required refund, hiding behind excuses.

Even worse, in the PayPal dispute they submitted a tracking number that actually proves they already received the return — clearly hoping PayPal won’t notice. Fortunately, I paid with PayPal, and my lawyer (covered by legal insurance) is already prepared to take action if this is not resolved.

Avoid this seller at all costs.

I had the worst experience ever with Parijan. I placed an order almost three months ago, and till now I still haven’t received it. First, they sent me the wrong order, then promised to resend the correct one via express delivery—but nothing ever arrived.

Every time I contact their customer service, I only get copy-paste fake replies like “we will escalate” or “we are checking with logistics,” but absolutely no real action is taken. The tracking is outdated, and they never give a proper update.

No genuine company makes a customer wait this long without resolving the issue. At this point, it feels like a scam website designed to take money and drag things endlessly.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly advise others not to trust or order from Parijan unless you want to waste your time, money, and patience.

ordered from Parijan because they market themselves as a luxury clothing brand using “real materials.” Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite of what they promise.

First, it took three months for my order to arrive, which is unacceptable for any brand, let alone one claiming to sell luxury products. When the items finally showed up, the quality was extremely disappointing. The clothing feels cheap, more like fast-fashion imports than anything close to luxury. The sizes were inconsistent and unreliable, making it impossible to get a proper fit.

Overall, Parijan presents itself as a high-end brand, but in reality, the products are poorly made and not worth the time or money. I would strongly caution others against ordering from them.

Bought in total 6 products from them and not even a week in hade they sent out the package to me.
After fighting for my order over a week I said enough is enough and cancelled the order even speaking to the VP nothing help.
So for you own sake don’t buy there.

Well, I had high hopes for these clothes and while some of them look good the quality is not very good and the sizing is way off. My husband is 61 average size average weight. We got extra large and it's definitely more of a medium. Very small. Not true to size. So I'm going to initiate a return and we'll see how that goes. I'll come back and give another review after that.

I have placed an order end of April 2025 for my birthday. Its sep now still I haven’t received my order I have been sending emails but their response was working on it. I do not understand wheather they are running a luxury brand as they advertise or low budget company. Shipping service and customer service is very poor.

Wore my Parijan outfit to a summer wedding and received so many compliments. The clothes photographed beautifully and stayed comfortable throughout the long event.

This company is scamming people so wild I don’t have even words to describe how miserable they are. They keep “answering” here in Trustpilots like “I’m sorry you had this experience Blablabla” they answered 4 of my reviews confirming that they will send my money back it was like almost 200€ (they already have the clothes and since then they blocked me) I send months ago again an email cause they told me through trustpilot that this time they for sure would help, but of course never heard from them again so mfs really just play with people like that. People we should do a class action lawsuit against Parijan, we must stop this company cause it’s scamming so much people.

I ordered and they keep saying due to high volume we have delay. This is a total scam (7 days later) and they dont allow return or refund. This is a total scam. Their PayPal is inactive cause cannot keep customer rights. I got scammed more than 200 and still waiting. This is really happening.

My Parijan outfit made me feel confident and polished for my graduation ceremony. The clothes looked sharp in photos and handled the long day comfortably.

I ordered from PARIJAN and it was a complete scam. The items I received looked nothing like the photos. The pants were completely see through and the shirt color did not match at all.

I asked for a return immediately and for over two months they have ignored me. All they send are fake copy paste replies with no refund and no real support.

This company is dishonest and predatory. DO NOT waste your money here. They take your money, send you cheap garbage, and disappear when you try to get help.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a pair of pants from Parijan, but this has been a complete disaster. I never received any confirmation email, even though the money was immediately taken from my account. Their website promises delivery within 7 business days, but nothing has arrived. I have tried to contact their support multiple times and they completely ignore my messages. This feels like a scam, and it’s impossible to get in touch with them. Absolutely unacceptable and extremely disappointing – I would never order from them again!

Scam. Don't fall for it. They will reply (personally from Thomas the owner) quickly after purchase to thank you and to inform that will send you the details of shipment with links to encourage you to shop more. Wait a few days and there will be no such shipment updates. You then write to Thomas and he will apologize and claim to be overwhelmed with orders so will take a while. But assures you that will look into the matter and prioritize your order. Wait a few more days and then no news, so you send an email again and he will claim the same and will urgently look into the matter etc. Of course the pattern repeats so you send another email, and this time the email fails to be sent, perhaps they have blocked my email. So to all out there don’t fall for it. Justice or karma will take care of Thomas and his ilk.

Classic white works with any color combination and stays crisp. Linen quality is substantial without being heavy. Perfect foundation piece for warm weather.
