when I started I didn't have a great tutor but i was then moved to Kaye and she has been amazing and helped set a clear path for me to help me achieve what i was doubting i could achieve.

Parenta is a great training provider and I'm glad my employer has chosen parenta. I have been matched with a really good tutor that understands my past of leaning. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ayse Drew is so lovely, meeting her for the first time to start my course, she listen to my questions, helped me with explaining what I needed to do. Ayse made me feel very comfortable in knowing that if I needed help with anything she will be able to help. I'm excited for my journey with Parenta.

I am doing my Level 3 Child Educator with Parenta. I have found them very supportive and helpful, no matter how many questions you have. I have recently had a change of assessor to Kaye Newbury, we had a meeting and discussed where I was at, what I needed to do next and any concerns that I had. Kaye has been in regular contact to make sure that everything is going ok and is always there by phone or email if needed.

Amy Wong has been a fantastic help with my Maths Functional Skills, showing great patience and desire to teach.

I started my level 3 in July, Parenta have been great. My tutor Kaye is lovely and has kept regular contact and has been very supportive and always available for advice and to answer any questions.

Karley who is part of the customer service team is a godsend. She always has the answers to any questions we may have or if she doesn't know the answer she will find out and always give us a call back!

We love Parenta and all of it's features. All of the staff are fab and so knowledgeable. We could not recommend the software enough, you will never regret the decision to use Parenta!

Since starting in September 2022 to complete my level 3 I have had Lauren as my tutor. She has helped me a great deal in getting ahead of my target. Lauren is kind, helpful and always available to help when needed.
Couldn't ask for a better tutor.

I started my EYE L3 course in February 2023 and Sam took over as tutor in June. She has been fantastic and so supportive. Her proactive approach has made it easier to plan my coursework around work and homelife with two young children. Parenta has been excellent with their support, too.

It was great to be an apprentice with Parenta, and having Prateema as my assessor. She was always available and helpful, making sure I understood every assignment, checking on me, and encouraging when needed. Very professional. Thank you Prateema!

This provider is fantastic, the support they offer is amazing which helps make the course feel easy to do.

From the start of my L5 Apprenticeship, the masterclasses and the teachers have been great. Their dedication to teaching the classes and the support given through the learning task and assignment is excellent. I do not feel alone and I meet new people that do the same line of work as me and we share and exchange ideas during the master classes.
