I'm fairly new to Parenta and Abacus and the staff are always on hand. The training sessions offered are bespoke and staff certainly know their stuff!

The webinar was extremely informative and it was great that we had two Ofsted Inspectors to provide advice and support for Ofsted inspections.

I have just passed my EYE L3 with Parenta, everything about Parenta was good . The one fine platform was easy to use, everything was laid out , easy to follow. My tutor Tonni Lynton-Williams was so helpful, encouraging , friendly , knowledgable
and very easy accessible if I needed any help or support.

I stongly recommend doing a course in Early Years Educator in Parenta company, as they are very helpful in any way, and they offer a lot of knowledge..
People there always friendly and always care about all students.

My experience with my tutor Nicky Newport has been amazing. She has supported me and helped me complete my course and become ready for my EPA.

Recently had training at the head office of Parenta. This was from an admin perspective. As an avid user of the system, i didnt think there was much that they could show me. Jamie & Rosie proved me wrong. They showed us some sniffty little tricks to navigate and maximize to help me get the best of out the software.

The team were professional and incredibly knowledgable and welcoming. It was incredibly refreshing that when we asked inquisitive questions about system development, the team were transparent and reflective in their answers. They were open about areas that are being improved and clear on current limitations. Where some companies shy away from, Jamie and Rosies candid responses were a breath of fresh air.

Jamies expertise, clarity, open and engaging approach is a real asset to parenta, and in my opinion, they play a big part in why we feel confident to use parenta as our Nursery platform.

This review can not be posted with out a mention of the perfect mini dog mascot in the office who sat and listened to all the training and was the highlight of the day ! ( I am a bit of a dog lover).

Denise Hawke has been an absolutely wonderful tutor and has guided me throughout my time on the course. She has always been available to answer any questions, give moral supporting and guidance when needed. Her friendly personality and attitude towards me as her student has really helped me progress through my apprenticeship.

I worked with the recruitment team at Parenta to secure a placement at an after school club. My representative ended up no longer working at Parenta they told me the apprenticeship would be 1 year, after 3 weeks of working at the school and securing a place in June 2025. I had my first meeting in which my enrollment officer said that I would have to do 3 years instead as the school was not offering me enough hours and volunteering would not contribute to my hours. I feel like I have completely wasted my time and I'm very disappointed in the experience, the fact that I had to go through multiple interview processes and provide paper work and information for a role that wasn't for the time frame I agreed with the team . The Parenta time have not made the effort to reach out .

Did my Level 2 & 3 with Parenta which I felt supported throughout my experience. Tonni.Linton-Williams was my Tutor during my Level 3 and at times of wanting to throw the towel in she was right there to pick me up and see me through it.

My tutor was helpful and explained anything I didn't quite understand before my Level 3 course. The Parenta website was easy to navigate and the secondary resources were useful.

I am nearly at the end of training for my level 5 in child care and management and have had a tricky experience to start with but since having Denise Hawkes it has completely changed, she has been able to offer so much support and talks to me in a manner that I can then apply to my work. Can't thank Denise enough for everything.

Thank you so much all the Tutors from Parenta and all the knowledge that they pass.
Without them support and help I would no pass my EPA exam and get my Level 3 qualifications.

My experience of online training at Parenta has, on the whole, been very positive. The tutors are very professional and knowledgeable and gave me the flexibility to fit in my training around my other job - motherhood! Queries were answered promptly and there was great support both during the training period and when preparing for the exams. I would definitely advocate using Parenta if you are considering doing an online training course.

Parenta helped me to achieve what I had set out to do, although I doubted myself several times but my Tutor, Nicky Newport was always there to support me, every step of the way. I always had my training sessions on time and received ample time to complete my tasks. If ever due to certain personal circumstances, I could not complete my assignments on time, Parenta and my Tutor would understand my situation and give me an extension. I feel I have come out of this process more confident and have a better understanding of my job role as an Early Years Practitioner. So Thank you Parenta for supporting me, with the result that I have decided to do my Level 3 with you as well!

I had such an amazing experience with Caroline when working towards my level 3, she made any work enjoyable and was such a helpful tutor, I was so nervous about doing my end point assessment but Caroline gave me such a big confident boost and helped me so much when preparing! I managed to get a distinction all thanks to Caroline!! So grateful
