The access to SABA Mostensis

The access to SABA Mostensis, Madrid is subject to extensive roadworks at present. Neither Google Maps nor Renault Satnav could get me there. Had to choose another garage. Parclick are not interested in a refund. They should be aware of events such as this.

I have photographs to substantiate. While it turned out there was one entrance open and two barricaded (have the photos), Google and Satnav could not find it!

Parclick are totally unsympathetic. I have cancelled my account.

Hello Vernon, thank you for your feedback. As clearly stated several times by our Customer Service, the car park was available and waiting for your arrival with your place blocked. The photographs you sent show that there is a sign which indicates how to get to the car park despite of the work roads and there is even a car which went through it. We also sent you again all the instructions in order to enter the car park and use your booking. For this reason, we cannot proceed with the refund you requested.

Great customer service

I ended up not using my booked for weeks parking in Paris due to a breakdown of my car. Parclick has showed great service and managed to get a refund from the parking garage involved despite late notice (after refund deadline ). I'm very grateful . Thank you parclick!

Responsive and courteous customer service

After the parking lot attendant in Cordoba Spain was not present to accept the Parclick voucher we had purchased and we were forced to purchase a second ticket on site, Parclick customer service resolved the issue and refunded this amount quickly.

Appalling service

I don’t even want to give this company a 1 star. Pre paid to park in Burgos and followed instructions given. No person there to validate ticket and no one answering call button either. After waiting around for 45 minutes no joy so left car park to start our holiday. Next morning on leaving had to pay again??? After several conversations and 10 days later was issued a refund but minus the service fee??? What service?? We didn’t get one. Ticket not fit for purpose and charged for a service not provided?? Definitely don’t use.

Service Center Response: real quick

While the App is rather weak than strong and the chat is poor, the contact center is really great. Roberta and team are customer oriented and doing very well. Here you got the support to stay positive and to trust Parclick finally.

Efficient system and excellent service

Quick and easy online booking system. Unfortunately we had to cancel our booking, and we got our refund almost immediately. Customer service agent Elena was very helpful! Thanks for the excellent service. Will be back soon to use Parcklick for sure!

Beware Scammers

Beware. Scammers. Book your parking in advance, which is always a good idea. They happily pocket the parking fees/payment that you give them. Booking at carpark does not exist when you show-up and have no affiliation with Parclick at all. This must be going on in an industrial scale across Europe. Good luck contacting them to get your money back!!!

Quai du Lazaret 32 13002, Marseille. This company knows nothing about you Parkclick. Booking date was for the 11th Aug 2023. Received automated response email from you on 22 Aug 2023 @ 10:00 am. If you think I am wasting a moment more time responding you have another thing coming. You have waisted enough of my time and almost, just almost ruined my holiday.

Good service

The booking of the parking garage was very simple. Nevertheless we had to pay again at the garage (mistake of the garage), this was very quickly solved by parclick with a complete refund of the amount payed double.

Very easy to book a ticket

Very easy to book a ticket. However, it didn’t work for me at the exit and I had to pay double.
Parclick resolved this issue immediately, very friendly, effective and professional stuff.
I would recommend this company for others and will definitely use it in the future.

Confusing instructions and terrible customer service

Used the company before, no issues. This time I booked a parking in Barcelona and when arrived there it was completely closed and with a clear sign that said “Complete”. Luckily there was an open space in the street in front of it, I don’t like leaving a new vehicle out, but not much option as I was late for the cinema. When contacted customer service they advised I should had called a number and the instructions for this were buried down in the confirmation email, even though this was not disclosed or clear in the app (otherwise I wouldn’t book it). The customer service was super unhelpful, just refusing to refund even when I pointed there was a sign saying there was no space, stating this was actually not accurate. They refused to acknowledge the poor communication and confusion, and preferred to loose a customer for €15. Shameful and out of principle would not use again or recommend to anyone. Any other company will have refunded and prefer to have a happy returning customer, they choose the opposite.

Quick response of customer care center

Support was very fast and satisfying. An error was made in the transaction process which resulted in a double deduction. After contacting customer services this was solved directly on the first contact.

Great location

Fantastic location (25 metres from Gran Via) for short stays, sightseeing and theatre. Friendly staff, easy to use automatic system, excellent level of security.
Reasonable cost - would definitely use again.
