I recently completed my First Aid and CPR training at Paradise First Aid, and I had a great experience. Our trainer, Britt Keough, was fantastic very knowledgeable, funny and easy to understand, and always happy to answer any questions. She made the training clear and engaging from start to finish.

The venue was easy to find, located right across from a coffee shop, and there was plenty of all-day parking nearby. They also provided tea, coffee, and biscuits for a light refreshment during the day, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.

Highly recommend Paradise First Aid for anyone looking to do their training!

Britt was by far the best first Aid trainer I have encountered. Her understanding and ability to communicate the learning was incredible. The training facility at harbour town was also very neat and clean. A+

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with the recent CPR refresher training. The trainer is Mic J was absolutely fantastic, making everything so easy to understand and helping me refresh my memory on CPR techniques. I feel much more confident now thanks to their clear and thorough instruction. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to brush up on their CPR skills.

I use Paradise first aid each year for my CPR and every 3 years for my First aid.
They have a great team and I’ve had the pleasure with being taught by most of them. Sooz is great and she makes it fun and has you all involved.

This training completely changed my perspective. It was no longer the dull, textbook-like learning I had expected. The trainer shared many of his real-life experiences with us—stories that you simply can’t learn from a book. Thumbs up!

Kel was amazing his knowledge and background was good he kept it short and simple and made it fun. His delivery was amazing he was approachable welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable to ask questions and share experiences they may have had.

I recently attended a CPR Refresher course and couldn't be more impressed. The instructor, Kel, was knowledgeable, engaging, and made the content easy to understand and remember. The hands-on practice was incredibly valuable and gave me the confidence to act in a real emergency if needed. Everything was well-organized and up to date with current guidelines. I highly recommend this course to anyone needing a refresher — it's time well spent and could truly save a life.

Kel was the best trainer to date out of all the courses I have completed, I have been in the construction industry 15 years completing first aid more times than I can count (5 possibly 6 times). Kel is no ego trainer treats everyone equally but could definitely tell who had experience in first aid straight off the bat, and gave more attention to students with less experience which was great. I found the course to be thoroughly enjoyable, quick but covering every aspect. Thank you mate made for a great day!

It was a nice class and informative, very interactive with a few good laughs. I did however learn some really good first aid tips, some really useful strategies in regards to administration of first aid. Thanks fir the day and I highly recommend this course.

I highly recommend Paradise First Aid. I've always have had a great experience with this company. The instructor I had today Kel, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. He kept the class fun, and interesting. I feel a lot more confident providing 1st aid now if I need to. I will definitely be back when it is time to renew my certificate.
