Great education, non judgemental educator. I felt easy asking questions.

I recently completed my CPR and First Aid course with Matt and had such a great experience. Matt created a very supportive, engaging, and comfortable learning environment from the beginning.

He explained everything in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way, which made the course both enjoyable and informative. I especially appreciated how patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging he was throughout the training.

I left the course feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in emergency situations. Thank you, Matt, for making the experience so positive and empowering. Highly recommend!

Completed the CPR (Express) earlier today at Parade First Aid, Coomera.
Course required around 1.5hrs of eLearning prior to attending. The eLearning, although not intensive, still required you to take information on board, and then attain a certain amount of correct answers before being considered to complete the practical / class room part the course at a later date.
For this part, we had a teacher called Fab. Her method of teaching certainly worked for myself, and it would appear others as well. Fab was very clear and precise with her directions as to what, and why, certain steps and processes were required, as well as sharing relevent examples as and when they were required to emphasise certain points.
I would highly recommend both Fab and Paradise First Aid for anyone requiring this type of training in the future.

It was a wonderful experience. Sooz, who was my trainer today, did an excellent job. She explained everything very clearly and always had a wonderful, positive attitude. The welcome we received at the beginning was very warm. She helped me a lot, and I truly appreciate that. It really is a great place to do a First Aid and CPR course.

The course was LVR and CPR training, Our trainer made the course appear simple and short but it was filled with knowledge and first hand experience with everything you need.

I recently completed a first aid training session with Jo Warrior at Coomera and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the whole experience really engaging. The course content was delivered clearly and in a way that was easy to understand, which made learning such important skills feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Jo created a supportive environment where everyone felt comfortable asking questions, and her enthusiasm really stood out. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure her students leave feeling confident and well-prepared.

Thank you for such a great training session I would absolutely recommend Jo to anyone looking to complete their first aid training!

Great experience,well informed.I have been using Paradise Firtaid for 6 years now as do a lot of my work colleagues.

I have been completing CPR LVR courses for 20 years. This is the best one yet. Mick’s presentation was excellent and with wealth of knowledge and practical experience/true life, he was able to explain processes in a real and simple way. I learnt some new very valuable applications for CPR not learnt with
other courses in the past.
