Promised same day certificate - failed!
Had a zoom meeting to confirm my identity as part of a remortgage. Paid £250 for a ten minute call and was promised the certificate would be sent electronically the same day. It wasn't. I then had to chase up the certificate the next day. Very poor service.

I had my ID1 and ID5 forms completed for a property transfer. The process was so easy, I completed an online application, chose an appointment time and was sent a link for a Zoom meeting with Nel who was very professional and put me at ease as I was very nervous. After confirming my identity etc I received my completed paperwork within 20 minutes. Excellent service.

Great Legal advice at reasonable prices
I worked with Parachute Law to get Independent Legal Advice and a Deed of Trust to support me with a JBSP mortgage.
Lucy was extremely informative when giving advice during my ILA meeting. Nel was super helpful and quick with drafting the Deed of Trust.
I'd definitely recommend Parachute Law and/or use Parachute again for future legal advice. They are really knowledgable, take their time to explain things to you, and have reasonable prices.

I paid Parachute Law Solicitors for their services and submitted all the required documents on April 4th. They acknowledged receipt and said they would follow up with the next steps. It’s now August 6th — four months later — and I have not received a single update or response, despite multiple attempts to contact them.
This level of silence and inaction is completely unacceptable for a professional service. At this point, it feels like I’ve been scammed. I trusted this firm to handle a legal matter, and instead I’m left with no service, no communication, and no idea what (if anything) they’ve done with my information.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before using this firm. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

ILA for a JBSP mortgage and Deed of Trust
5 stars. I needed Independant Legal Advice as part of my mortgage application with Barclays (JBSP) and a Deed of Trust. This firm are really efficient, helpful and very friendly. Alot of the initial communication is online (uploading proof of ID and address etc) but when you do speak to them they are really great and can't do enough for you.

I found Parachute Law Solicitors by accident. My situation was difficult because everything had to be handled remotely, and not every law company agrees to such terms. From the first email to the office and the conversation with the consultant ( amazing woman), no one promised anything; they simply explained how everything would work after consulting with the solicitor. Complete professionalism, wonderful people, and excellent, quick assistance after agreeing on all the details. Meeting with the solicitor online, of course, again, complete professionalism. Some might think the service is quite expensive... but believe me, it's not!. Every penny is worth the effort to quickly resolve what other companies couldn't. I'm very grateful for the help and highly recommend Parachute Law Solicitors to everyone.
