Wasted my time
Booked a 10-minute free consultation to clarify aspects of application for a statutory declaration on Monday 20 October and received 4 reminders and emails about the appointment which was booked for Wednesday 22 October, stating that someone would call me . On the day of the consultation, nobody called at time of appointment and when I tried to contact Parachute Law, all I could get was an answering machine, and even that was giving confusing messages. I would have been quite happy to engage the firm, based on the number of positive reviews on TrustPilot, but not after they wasted my time.

Excellent service - I would heartily recommend
Excellent service, I have used Parachute Law twice now over the years for Land Registry ID services overseas. A smooth process and the document came via email which the Land Registry accepts. I wouldn't use anyone else.
Always remember to have you passport ready and download Zoom onto your phone and test it out, it will save you time and make it an easier process.
