My advice stay away from this company
My advice stay away from this company, I wished I paid more and had better quality/service ...I bought 11 acoustic panels, 10 adhesive and 3 trims.
Firstly, the quality is below average, easy to chipp a d very delicate once cut as the panels move and they are not clipped/ glued properly.
Secondly, prior to place the order, I email Panel hub UK and aske, can I return any unused item and they replay yes at conditions it still in the rapper....I finished my project and 1 panel stayed intact in the original rapper and a trim, I tried to initiate the return and they said they can only accept items in their boxes...bear in mind the driver when he came in besides the attitude and the lack of help he dropped the boxed at my front door with 2 damaged boxes hold together with sellotape...when I opened the boxed the panels were intact so I thought no need to escalate.
Thirdly, please be aware that even if I had the boxes I still have to send them my self so it will cost me twice the price, they want initiate a return using their courier partner, very cheap service...take advantage of the customers .
Think twice before you buy from them, you rather pay more for better quality and fair service.

With regards to your return request, we can see from your original email that collection was requested, however our returns process does not include arranging couriers for return pickups. We do accept returns in line with our policy when items are sent back to us in the required condition and packaging.

Will not order from them again
I ordered 17 panels of 60x60 light oak, they sent me oak but the colour was fine so I kept them and fitted them.....they look great. I wanted to order another panel but 240x60 in light oak to match. They sent me classic oak which is about 10 shades lighter. I asked to return the panel for an exchange or refund. They said it would cost me £49.99 to send panel back for exchange due to courier fee restocking and picking fee. If I wanted a refund I had to use my own courier which incurred an extra cost at my own expense. They sent me an item in a colour that I didn't order , that's down to their incompetence. They do not tell you that they source from different companies so if you want matching colours they do not guarantee that you will get them to match. Absolute waste of time. Will never order from this company again. Amateurs.

Paid for express delivery , didnt arrive
Paid for express delivery to arrive in time for the weekend so i could install them on bank holiday monday instead of going in to work , was given a delivery date for the following week so rang to as why when i paid for express delivery within 3 days max, they said it was a generic message and i will 100% recieve it by friday latest , its now monday and still not arrived which means I wont have time to install these for another 3 weeks now , customer service refunded half the delivery fee , which doesnt even cover the £50 i paid for express delivery let alone any compensation for lying to me and costing me a days wages

My experience with panel hub has been terrible.
I ordered a beige outdoor sofa set for my daughters birthday.
Delivery was after and a black set was delivered, on the box in large letters is the colour Black.
I Sent email to change, this was done quite quickly the driver was estimated for a 10am delivery and showed up at 10.15pm.
Unbelievable they sent a grey set and would not take back the black set!
I then contacted panel hub 2 weeks ago and still no beige set or delivery date.
Please do not rely on this company if you need for certain dates and correct colours.
I will update once I receive my beige set or just get a refund.

Don’t bother
Placed order, paid £49.99 for express shipping. 24 hours after placing the order I receive a phone call to say the delivery has been pulled and they have no idea when it would be delivered. Joiner was booked to attend and no he will have to be cancelled.

Amazing from start to finish
From start to finish, Panel Hub have been outstanding. The ordering process was smooth and professional, as a business we needed products that were high quality and reliable. Panel Hub certainly delivered.
The product quality exceeded expectations, and the customer service was exceptional throughout. Delivery was also second to none. We had one corner trim missing from the order, which wasn’t a major issue, but the driver went above and beyond by returning to a previous delivery address, waiting for the customer to get home from work, collecting the missing item, and personally bringing it back to us.
That level of service is rare to find these days. Absolutely fantastic company and very highly recommended.

After looking around I found panel hub to be the most competitive on pricing. I received the order very quickly even with just standard delivery.
The quality of the panels was great and they were easy to cut down to size and stick to the walls.

Wanted to buy an outdoor dining set and…
Wanted to buy an outdoor dining set and needed some info before ordering. Tried calling for days without answer. Finally someone picked up after long wait, then dropped the call. No courtesy to call back. Every other attempt was just endless hold music.
Ended up Googling the exact same set and found another company selling it nearly £400 cheaper. So thanks panel hub for ignoring the calls- you let me down, but saved me money. Over priced products and poor service.

Extremely disappointed with the…
Extremely disappointed with the service. Ordered Aqua Panels and received confirmation that delivery would be on 14th May, so I cancelled my plans and lost a day’s wage waiting until 5pm. Nobody arrived and nobody contacted me.
After repeatedly calling and waiting nearly an hour to get through, I was told they had completely missed sending my order out. If that was the case, why couldn’t they inform me earlier instead of wasting my entire day? No apology, no update, nothing. I was then promised delivery the next morning, so again I cancelled plans and waited all day. The panels finally arrived at the end of the day.
I have now wasted 2 full days and lost wages because of their poor organisation and false promises. Communication between the office and transport seems completely chaotic as nobody had any clue what was happening with my order.
Very unprofessional and stressful experience. Definitely not worth it. At this point I haven’t even checked the panels yet because the entire process has already been frustrating enough.

After being scammed by British Homes Direct I found Panel Hub. Paid for premium delivery and the items arrived on time, with a phone call from the delivery driver apologising he was late due to traffic (at 9am!). Panels are very good quality. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend.
