Arranged a date and time for them to change a front shock for me. Messaged me an hour before due to arrive to cancel. I've sent a message to re-book but they're not responding to me.

Nothing was too much trouble. Came to look at the car as arranged, diagnosed issues with fuel supply, rectified engine management light issues and returned to fit a new fuel filter. Arrived promptly on both occasions, extremely good value for money and provided superb service. Would recommend Panda Mobile Mechanic 100% to anyone who needs someone to look at their vehicle.

Paid £400 for work to be complete. Have proof it wasn't completed, he was confronted about it and drove off!! Avoid!!!!!
Gave him £400 for a few jobs to be done. Proof they haven't been touched. No refund offered after "mechanic" looking round the car for 10 minutes pondering. Absolute waste of time and money. Suppose to of had brake lines changed but the fluid didn't need topping up or bleeding and only 1 wheel came off whole time he was here 🤔🤷🏼♀️ mechanic only came back to fix the snapped fuel piped that he caused first time round on my husband's car getting out the glow plugs. So wasn't prepared to tell me the work hadnt been completed and was happy to take the money...... Plus more for fixing my husband's car the pipe he snapped...
Terrible service!!!
Said proof below speaks for itself 🤷🏼♀️
AVOID!!!!!

Started off great. Had Panda Mobile a few times couldn't fault. Then my last booking was cancelled due to family illness which is fully understable. Then my next booking was told my parts were not ready also fair enough.
Then I find out myself through social media that Panda Mobile no longer does car repairs?
You should have explained this to me as a loyal customer. Not just being left high and dry and now feel ive been let down as a regular customer. It's not how you should treat loyal customer's. My work was booked in way before your company change over to servicing only and I was just left to find out myself through social media otherwise I'd still be waiting for a new appointment which would have never happened.
For your future customers communication is key as I am totally shocked how a company can be so reliable to making you feel like you never even mattered and was just nothing?
That's not good buisness and is very poor customer service.
