Hidden fees all over the place. Thought I was buying 160$ of clothes. By the time it got to me it was 310$ brutal service.
Order a few items which have been good. However, I have a pair of black fatigues which I still wear so ordered a pair of green fatigues and upon squatting to lift my toddler as I’ve done in my black pair they ripped at the front left. A strange place for them to rip, so presumed it was an anomaly. Contacted p&co. with explanation and pictures on 3 separate occasions and non-responsive. Granted it’d been over 6 months since I bought them but for £80 I’m disappointed as me and my partner have bought a few items from them and I presumed some loyalty would be considered in a response.
Amazing clothes and quick delivery, I had to exchange an item for a different size and I was so impressed with the returns process, I love that they will immediately send out your replacement so there’s no waiting on it. Will definitely be ordering again.

Really fast and honest with delivery great packaging and really easy if you need to return anything. The clothing is of really high quality I have been ordering stuff for a few years now and have never been disappointed from shirts hat Jeans and t-shirts all have been top quality would highly recommended
Same experience as others have mentioned. I placed an order 7 days ago and haven’t received any updates since. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages on Instagram but have had no response. The tracker still says ‘unfulfilled’ even though payment was taken and the order hasn’t been cancelled. Abysmal customer service. Sort it out.

Their customer support seems nonexistent - emails not answered, chatbot is useless, no phone numbers provided. It's just not what you expect from a genuine brand.

Bought pants but realized price was in USD (I’m Canadian). Emailed them to cancel and was done without issue promptly.
Love the brand and the fact they are based on my doorstep. Great quality garments.
Customer service has been great even when I thought I had a problem with my wax jacket. It was explained to me about the process involved which has left me happy.

Initially, I was very impressed with your service — my orders arrived quickly and the quality of the clothing was excellent. However, I’m now extremely disappointed with the handling of my most recent return.
I’ve had to exchange the same pair of trousers twice due to sizing issues. The first exchange was processed smoothly, but it’s now been over a week since I returned the second pair, and I’ve received no update at all. The return portal shows the replacement item as “shipped,” yet I have not received any tracking information or confirmation from your team.
I’ve emailed twice and even commented on social media, but have had no response. This level of customer service is very frustrating, especially considering I’ve spent £90 on an item I still don’t have.
Please could someone contact me urgently to confirm the status of my exchange?

Do not buy from this brand if you're from the EU (or likely just outside of the UK). You will not be able to return the items, and their support offers absolute no help. They responded to me once, and then simply ghosted me and stopped responding alltogether.
Incredible you can care this little about customers and offer this level (none) of support in terms of returning items. The VERY least you could do is offer answers to filling out the customs form, but that request was also completely ignored

I did reach out to them (again) after their response to this message but, to no surprise, received no response to that message.

Love their clothes - seem to buy as many of the men’s as the women’s. Great quality, always delivered quickly. I had one query about a delivery (hadn’t realised I’d pre-ordered something) and they responded within hours.

My order of a pair of ”Fatigue Pants” did not fit me, but ended as nice experience. The pants looked great, but was not in the right size for me. After being in contact with P&Co all issues with the return of the order got solved in a nice way.
All good, the pants were of an excellent quality and I would recommend you to try those pants yourself.
