Came into some issues when making an order (the error was mine). I dealt with Jordan from the support team who was really prompt, helpful and informative. Best customer service ive ever received.
I went into the shop at spitalfields today. It was late in the afternoon on black Friday. What a lovely retail experience. The first thing I have to talk about are the staff. Super friendly, welcoming and just a joy to talk to. They wanted me to know about a warehouse sale just round the corner where there were great discounts. How many companies want you to know about discounts?? The shop itself was spotless with a great vibe. The products are of such a great quality. I think we forget due to the likes of ASOS what quality materials feel like. After a long week at work thanks P&Co. I can’t wait to return
Thought i would give them a second chance but again the quality was so poor. Ordered two pairs of trousers this time and honestly they are comparable to trousers from H&M but 3 times the price. Another high priced fast fashion brand unfortunatley which is such a shame as they have such cool designs and great photography but the quality falls far short of the price and expectations. As a previously loyal customer I think I'm done with p&co. They arent what they used to be.
I made a black Friday purchase. The order went through but unfortunately I was told the item was out of stock. I was disappointed but after the team reached out to me quickly the matter was resolved well.

I contacted P&Co before the store was open with a support query. It was something that I wasn’t sure they would be able to assist with but I figured I would try reaching out anyway, even though their website said it was not guaranteed. I got a response back to my query within minutes of the shop opening in the morning and Beau, who was assigned to my query, was so helpful. Beau was efficient in the matter and was able to make the change in my order that I had requested, and also gave a full explanation of what I should expect. This is my second time shopping at P&Co but my first time requiring support and I am amazed at how efficient and helpful they are. Proud to be a P&Co supporter!

Had a negative experience with ordering a couple things from this company, and "due to a glitch" somehow the order was shipped super late but then somehow "sold out" before it reached me. Very disappointing, but everything else that has actually come I've loved.
Some of the worst customer service ever. I bought a corduroy jacket from them for over $200 and added on a charge for free returns just in case. Jacket did not fit, so I reached out for a return. Didn't get a reply for over a week then was told they are still working on their return portal and I'd have to wait. Now, they've just gone silent and are not returning any emails.
As a first-time customer, I had made a large order thinking it was in CAD, but realized it was USD only in the purchase summary. Every Canadian knows the chill that runs down your spine after this moment! I emailed customer service immediately and they were able to refund my order before it had dispatched. While I found the site confusing with the currency, I’m happy to know that the brand understands that success is a long game governed by reputation and principles, and they really walked the walk when it counted. Will probably try another order later!
I have been trying to get in contact with them for the last five months about an issue where HMRC valued my package at £2,200 even though I only bought clothes for £73. Now they are asking me to pay £849 in customs fees. HMRC needs a UK based person or company to provide the correct documentation to fix the issue. Even though I tried to return the package to them, Pandco simply refused to accept it from UPS because of the customs fees. So they are fully aware of the issue but just do not care. I have sent multiple emails and have not received a single reply. The clothes are great, but if you expect any customer service or help when something goes wrong, you will not get it.
