I love the style and the quality of Pamo’s furniture. It’s flexible and easy to adapt and to set up. My room is all irregular (véalo g, floor) so I should have done a tailor made furniture: complex and expensive. Instead with 2 loft I solved all my problem and the result is fantastic. Customer care was great. They had a bit of a situation so they wouldn’t reply for over a month but then they applogize and they supported with all the many and requests i had 👍

I purchased Pamo’s products for my walk-in closet and I’m extremely satisfied. The structure is solid, stable, and high-quality, perfect even for heavy garments. The industrial style is modern and elegant, adding character without overwhelming the space. Easy to assemble and the final result looks amazing.
Beautiful and functional, a great choice

Bought the two tier system for our new property to hang clothes and it’s absolutely brilliant. In one way much better than having a wardrobe and looks very stylish the quality of the materials is high-end and very easy to fit and would most definitely buy again.

Bought for my new house a KIM Double 2 together with 2 Oak shelves. The quality has proven to be superb and the simple industrial design allows a great storage of clothes in a very limited space.I also appreciated the fact that there is no need to fix the "feet" of the structure to the floor (I have a brand new parquet)! The mounting manual could be improved but this is the only suggestion I reccomend.

I love the products—they’re a great solution for customizing your wardrobe to fit your space. They’re easy to assemble and install, and the quality is excellent. also delivery was very fast, and very well packed.

My only negative point is that I wish there were a simulator to show the final measurements of the design. While the pipe measurements are provided, the flanges and connectors add extra centimeters, which makes it hard to calculate the final size. Because of this, I had to reorder some pipes to make the structure slightly shorter.

I also emailed beforehand to ask about this, but I only received automatic responses saying they were busy and would reply shortly. I’m still waiting for a response.😉

Love our wardrobes from pamo, we have no less than three of them. Customisable to fit our needs and size, easy to put together, looks really nice, and great customer service. A lot of people ask about it, and we really do love our wardrobes. Huge plus that it can be mounted without touching the floor, and I truly do love the simple and nice look of it.

Great product that works perfectly for the space needed

I was looking for a hanging system for my collection of football jerseys and scarves. There are plenty of options on Amazon with mixed reviews, but the quality seemed questionable. In the end, I decided to pay a bit extra and went with a solution from pamo design (KIM DOUBLE 3 for the jerseys and KIM DOUBLE 2 for the scarves).

The racks arrived quickly and feel really solid. Because they stand on the floor, you don't need as much force for the wall mounting. The installation isn't completely straightforward - you need to measure carefully - but the final result turned out really nice.

Fantastic! A real top quality product, fits perfectly in the space and looks SO cool. Got so many good comments from friends and love the way you can build it to suit your rooms. Just wish they would do more in gold, and ship it a little sooner but it was so well wrapped and protected for delivery and so solid when fixed.

Best choice of my life I recommend.
Easy to install and solid you won’t regret this new way of creating your little shop at home.

I ordered from Pamo Designs on 1 December 2025 and over six weeks later I still have not received my order.

This is actually the second delivery attempt, as the first one failed. The replacement shipment has also gone nowhere, with no clear updates from Evri and no indication of if or when the parcels will arrive.

Customer service has been incredibly frustrating. Responses are slow, vague, and focus on internal excuses rather than resolving the issue. I am now having to fight for a refund, despite the fact that the order has clearly not been fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe.

At this point, I have completely lost confidence that the order will ever arrive.

My advice: any company still choosing to use Evri for delivery should be avoided. The lack of accountability between retailer and courier leaves the customer stuck in the middle.

Very disappointing experience overall.

Service? What service?

Absolute nightmare. I ordered the Black Clothes Hangers and they sent me a Wall Rack instead, which I literally cannot use. Mistakes happen, but I reached out to customer service immediately and have received ZERO replies.

They took my money, sent the wrong product, and are now ignoring me. Customer service is nonexistent. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

For now, we have installed just one item (Kim 1) to see how it works. The product arrived exactly as described and shown on the website.

However, I noticed that the instruction manual was not very clear; I had to refer to a YouTube video to double-check the assembly. Additionally, regarding the Oak shelf, the connection parts are gold-painted plastic rather than metal. I feel this is less stable, and considering the price point, I expected these components to be made of metal.

They will not respond to my help messages at all after sending me a closet set with missing pieces. The customer service is terrible

Invoice ref 2015113562. I bought a system from them and then wanted to order some extra hooks. The value was below their minimum spend to order on line so they emailed me an invoice which paid. I’ve never received the item and their customer service is terrible. They don’t reply to emails. Maybe you’ll reply here ??
