I ordered the oak-metal shelves set. It’s just wonderful. Service at Pamo was great when a component was missing and assembling the product was easy like an IKEA set. I would 100% buy again!

At time of ordering one custom size rack, it wasn’t at all clear the rack was black not white like the picture. I was delivered a black one. There was no color reference on the order confirmation. I followed up before receipt of the black rack, ie at time of online order to ask about ordering wooden shelves for the rack as couldn’t figure out how to do this online. I was told the shelves only came with black brackets unlike my white rack order. Long story short, it appears the help desk didn’t even check my order, after numerous back and forth support tickets the situation became more clear. My order couldn’t be cancelled. My only option was to return the delivered rack at my own cost or keep the black one. Due to timing and cost issues I am forced to keep the black version. And no wooden shelves as the don’t make them for the size shelf I ordered. Again not clear at time of order or in initial help tickets. Overall ok quality, poor customer service, disappointment.

The customer service was great! (We ordered the wrong part for our closet and they send us the correct one right away).

The metal frame itself is still really pretty and sturdy after one year. We love it :)

The Pamo cabinet system is minimalist, well-made, and extremely sturdy. Ordering and shipping are also very good. I have ordered several times and rebuilt my Pamo system many times because it is so flexible. Even my orders, which often consisted of several individual accessories, always arrived complete.

I love the simple design which also looks very qualitative. The mounting was very easy even though I was at first sceptical whether it would hold at all without drilling holes in the wall.

Fast delivery and good customer support after i needed some replacement parts.

I like the product and quality even as ist was a bit more difficukt to install than expected.

The design is lean, industrial, and very robust. Good point: you can install, reconfigure, or move to other place if you get moved. It fits many ambiences. Also, any problem during installation is solved by the Pamo team. I'm sure I will purchase more Pamo solutions for my house.

The PAMO system is easy to use, though it requires some manual skill and confidence. We installed it in our rustic country house; the open wardrobe adds a modern touch and makes the room feel more spacious. However, keep in mind that the pipes aren't perfectly stable or fixed. While this makes the structure lightweight, it can make the assembly process feel a bit unsteady
