Palm Leaf UK Reviews

Amazing service from ease of ordering through to delivery of an extensive range of products. Will 100% be using again and we love the fact that we have been asked to rate our experience. Defo a company who is out to impress their customers!!

Ian Anderson - Spit 'N' Roast

The product is excellent as was the customer service I received. I very much appreciated the kind donation of forks as I was ordering items for an event I was helping to organise at the Hospice where I work. Thank you.

Good stuff, prompt delivery

Quick delivery, excellent quality really pleased with purchase

Great service. Arrived promptly. Products were as described, perfect for a covid compliant family bbq and no washing up, we’re burnt on the fire pit.

Fantastic service. The plates are great quality and the service I received was brilliant. The company even managed to source me individually wrapped wooden cutlery which wasn't something they sold. I would definitely recommend this company

Great company to deal with. Answered any queries I had with great accuracy. Received the order a couple of days later.. to unwrap fantastic products that will certainly do the job.
If you have the planet in mind, use this company.

I was really impressed with the customer service. Ordered plates for my 1 year olds birthday party. The plates I ordered are great quality, look great and very sturdy which is just what i wanted along with being eco friendly...what more could you want! Items also arrived quickly. Palm Leaf UK kindly gave us some cutlery for the party which was much appreciated. Would recommend and will definately be using again for the next party! Thank you😊

Fantastic communication and excellent service. Very helpful advice before placing an order. Order arrived promptly and everything as advertised on the website- quality products. And all at competitive prices. Thoroughly recommended!

Perfect plates ! Green and sturdy. If you want to have a party without any guilt, these environment friendly set of utensils are a must.

Excellent products, great value, absolutly amazing customer service!! Thanks you!! 😊

I purchased round plates For private events and they were better quality than my previous supplier.
Great service, sent promptly and delivered very quickly .
Very happy with the product and the service so will use again.

They definitely went above and beyond what was expected by contacting me to ensure that I hadn't made a mistake choosing to pick up rather than have a delivery. And it was all ready for me super quick, I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and picked it up on the Sunday. Perfect.
The product itself - the 8" square plate - was ideal for the food we were serving. Very robust, strong enough to balance a glass of wine as well, looked attractive and are all now in our compost heap! Ideal.
Will certainly buy from them again.

Absolutely great products and will use this seller again for sure 😊😊😊😊

Very good quality and the best replacement for plastic plates.

The order arrived really quickly and was well packaged. I am really pleased with the plates and will definitely order more in the future. It's great to find good new eco friendly products.

A fantastic ethical company with amazing helpful staff.

Very good quality items, definitely use them every time I need to. Feels good to stay away from plastic waste. The party package bundles are appealing cost wise.
