Whistle Punks Urban Axe Throwing 

Booked and paid in full on 14/2/25, arrived 17/2 to be told we couldn’t do the activity due to a non-publicised age restriction. I was told the company could not issue a refund without emailing the head office. I emailed, they accepted fault and I was told I would receive a refund. The company then strung me along, telling me repeatedly that they had processed the refund. There is no phone number to call. Today (10/3) I received a debt recovery letter. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

Nice and fun experience. Kenney was an amazing guide who patiently taught us how to throw axes for the first time. I believe his presence made our experience much more awesome. Thank you Kenney.

Fantastic time, safety is paramount, great staff with character. Craig, our host was friendly, funny and helpful. Will definitely arrange another visit. Nice pint of IPA too.
Just one thing that might help, Dry wipe boards would be better for scoring, they struggle with little pieces of chalk.

We had a great laugh and this was down to our instructor, Toby. He made the evening, building the competition and telling us how it is. If you can get him as your instructor, he will make your experience brilliant.

We had a fantastic time with Emilia at Whistle Punk in Bristol! We all learned something new both about axe throwing and also about our team! We visited for a work social and Emilia facilitated a great team bonding activity for us that got everyone engaged making us all laugh and feel comfortable and confident! Thank you so much for such a great time!

We went to Whistle Punks Manchester yesterday for our joint stag and hen do. We loved the vibe, and Hatty our instructor, was so cool and helpful, massive shout out to her for her training and generally being lovely!
We all had a fantastic time, and will definitely come back!

We had a stag do at Whistle Punks Axe Throwing Leeds today (28/07/2024) before the last axe was thrown I knew I would be coming back. The staff were amazing, friendly, respectful, and polite, however, the highlight of the day was our instructor, a gentleman called Wade. He made everyone feel like a winner, from those hitting bullseye to those he hit the floor. He was an amazing instructor taking the time to teach, advise, and create a fun competitive atmosphere. Thank you so very much, will be coming back.

Booked at the whistle punks off Oxford street for a stag do event and it exceeded expectations, atmosphere was great, food and drink was great and Cameron who was looking after our lane made it such a good time! Definitely recommend it for a solid night out in London 👌🏼

Amazing evening out, they made us feel very welcome (thank you Craig) and who would have believed throwing an axe would be so much fun, fantastic experience and set-up, thank you from us all.

Went to Manchester for a work team day out
I had always wanted to try this and it was absolutely brilliant!
Made even moreso by Molly she’s amazing and made for a really fun ending time!

We went to Manchester location. We had a great time. Dylan was a great instructor and made it fun experience for ourselves and another couple we were paired up with.

Would recommend, was better than I expected and that was only thanks to the instructor making it that way.

An absolute fantastic experience! Came here for my and my brothers joint birthday and Fahima (F) was fantastic! Up for a laugh whilst being serious about the rules. Would highly recommend anyone to come here if they are up for a laugh and to let off some steam!

We booked 18 of us for 2 bells and whistles lanes. The food and drinks were lovely and we're absolutely enough for all of us!

Wade was our lead instructor and Sam took the second lane. They were both amazing and explained everything expertly, especially to the newbies!

Wade made our stag do such an enjoyable and memorable experience and we can't thank him enough for everything he did and how he was with us.

We can only apologies to him for having to listen to Mrs A's life story!!

Will definitely be coming back!

KennY with a Y at Manchester was fantastic despite a day of difficult customers, he's a credit to the company and deserves a pay rise!

Really friendly staff. Plenty of time for everyone to learn and play. Piotr was our teacher and super chilled and good at keeping the momentum as everyone waited to take their turns. The sourdough pizza was delicious.

We played in Whistle Punks Bristol.

It was our first time throwing axes and what a brilliant time we had. All the way through was an absolute pleasure. Our instructor, Theo, went above and beyond, he played a class role and made the activity into a complete experience. He played such a good character, we went on to spend multiple hours after discussing how good his performance was!

If you haven't tried it out, then definitely do! Mint experience.

We went axe throwing here (in Manchester) and had a great time. Who thought that throwing axes could be such fun???? The "coach" was Craig and he kept everyone laughing whilst teaching us how to make them stick in the wood. Thanks, great afternoon,and we'll be back.

Went to whistlepunks leeds on 15/12/23 for our work Xmas do, started at 4:30pm and had Olivia. Great at her job, had a fab time.

First time Axe throwing for me and found it a fantastic experience.

I went to the Leeds branch in the city centre. Our host Goosey (Angus) was great and really made it a great experience.

I was a little anxious at first, as I wasn't sure how comfortable I would feel throwing sharp objects through the air, but Goosey was really reassuring and taught us various axe throwing techniques.

We got lots of throwing time as we were a small party of two groups of two put together.

A highlight for me was playing the battleships game where we had to aim for various crosses on the broad strategic place by our opponents and they did the same.

Would definitely recommend and will go again it was a lot of fun.
