Do not order
Ordered on the 30th of Nov, money is gone and zero update since. Customer service is extremely tough to join it seems (no phone, random email address of the parent company), and looking at recent customer reviews, many people are in the same situation, being ignored by the customer service with no delivery or refund underway. Stay away from this brand.

No boots, but payment has been taken
I've so far emailed customer services via the website form 3 times now. It appears you cannot speak to a human being via phone which would be more useful. We ordered on 29th November and still have not had even a despatch note or any indication of shipping. I note that it appears many who ordered around this time are still waiting too and they use the dreaded Evri, possibly the worst delivery service known to man. Would it be too much to ask Palladium to actually look into it and respond? It's showing as unfulfilled on the online account but the payment has been taken. I shouldn't have no responses at all to 3 emails!
update: I finally lost patience and emailed today with a lengthy epistle detailing how unhappy I was, the issue and that I would be emailing each day with it plus a customer service tip per day and upping it to 2/3 times per day until response was had, I copied this into French too! Lo, and behold I have a response, I have a refund as it is 'out of stock'. Quite why this could not have been dealt with earlier is beyond me. I am somewhat disappointed as I had planned to progress to sending pictures of HenryV and the Duke of Wellington but one must be happy with what one has!

Great boots, terrible delivery service
I've worn Palladium boots for years and I have several pairs. They're extremely comfortable, and I can vouch for the weatherproofing of the WP versions and the warmth of the insulated versions. Unfortunately their service has been very slow (probably let down by EVRI, their incompetent courier) and I have not received the boots. I have received a request to rate them, but I can't because two weeks later, I've still not seen them. I've cancelled the order.

Boots have a flaw but they won't admit it.
Ordered because a friend of mine raved about them, they are comfy and waterproof and arrived quickly. BUT one of the boots has a really loud CLACK CLACK sound when I walk, they told me first to try different socks and to put in an insole, then they told me it wasn't a manufacturing fault. Really unimpressed. For £85 this is not on. One boot is fine, so how can the other be noisy? It's so bad I have to listen to music any time I go for a walk otherwise I'm so self-conscious. It drives friends mad when I walk with them. It's on dry ground, wet. It's walking uphill, downhill and on the flat. It's indoors and out. I'm NEVER buying from them again. Don't believe the bullsh*t.
